So, I think I scanned through most of this thread, and don’t think I see an answer. The question that comes to mind for me is this. If you have been doing PE for a few years, and haven’t been injured, and still get good wood, does that mean you are safe to continue?

If not, what else, Skinny? :)

skinny, I can’t recall a single example of this type of thing happening to someone who has been doing PE for years.

Interesting. I have to be honest I don’t get morning wood really, I get like half a morning wood. I’m going to take a de-conditioning break and turn the intensity down from now on. I think stretching may be a safer exercise than jelqing. Jelqing may just give you a big penis head. I don’t think jelqing gets you a longer unit. Could be wrong though.

I don’t know what to think. It sounds almost believable but then again it sounds pretty silly at the same time.

But I got run over by a car on two different occasions when I was a kid. I think the setup here is a safe as it can be without actually keeping the methods SECRET!

As for your mention of how some of the injured posters are treated at first, this is probably due to a few trolls spoiling it for everybody. Injuries from a carefully followed newbie routine are rare enough, that suspicion can easily arise. Once trolling is ruled out, everybody rallies round to support the injured person. People rack their brains to come up with a solution. I doubt you will find better elsewhere. Paid or not.

Seriously, though…. everyone seems to be missing a third category. There are those who start PE, become more aware of their penis and its condition and what it is doing, and then perhaps start worrying excessively about things that they are noticing now that they never noticed before.

Perhaps we should develop a baseline questionnaire for everyone to take before they start PE. Document your size at best erection, overall shape of penis, degree of any penis curvature left/right/up/down, quality of best erection including degree of firmness (shaft and head), overall coloration of penis, any specific pre-existing discoloration including location, type and extent, degree of surface vascularity, frequency of sexual activity (masturbation, intercourse), and frequency and quality of nocturnal erections.

I’m just thinking that in some of these cases, members are assuming that they have sustained an injury or a change in condition, while it just might be possible that they’re noticing for the first time something that’s been there all along.

And while most of us have a wonderful time doing “what everyone knows is impossible” in increasing penis size and fitness, it is just possible that there is some small fraction of our membership who goes a little bit further into obsessing about every little change, real or imagined, in his penis. Who knows? It also may just be that being a little too focused on penile condition in the first place is what brought some of those members here.

None of the above is meant to deny that there are members who do have real problems, of whatever origin. It is certainly useful, in the interest of informed decisionmaking, for this site to provide information regarding the degree to which the potential occurrence of problems actually shares a logical nexus with PE.

I took a recent break because I started thinking that I needed to take a much needed break. I have never been too extreme in my routine and over the years have notice little gains (starting to think it was more mental than anything) basically I have to admit over all these years I have not at all been “wowed” with the results. reading through all this has really terrified me. Lately I have been getting worse EQ, and even gone soft during sex. I thought it was my medication that prolongs ejaculation and I figured I got tired out. But still, the EQ is down, and Im 26. Going an hour should not drain me…

Bottom line this has really scared me and discouraged me. I am grateful for the info, but I must say if this does not make you think twice about all this…I am not sure what will.

You should think twice, at least, about all this. It is, without a doubt, serious business. Men invest a lot of their self of sense in their penis and its functionality.

Just keep in mind, though, that there are also a number of threads here about members who have reported better penile fitness from their practice of PE, and members who had their penile fitness decline over time and who regained erectile quality.

PE is not just about having a bigger dick. PE is also about better erections. What good is a big dick if you can’t use it? If that’s what you want, and you don’t care if it works, take the easy way out and get your dick plumped up with silicone or collagen or implants, just like the movie stars do with their lips.

But if that’s what you want, you’re in the wrong place here.

Actually i have more than one and a half year doing PE, Hopefully I’m safe … when I warm up its very difficult to not have an erection (even if I’m not excited or horny) I guess that is a good way to notice that I’ll be not suffer of this afterall.

Greetings Everyone.I an newbie and have been PEing for a month now. Recently I noticed a loss of sensation in my penis. Errection quality has also suffered because of the loss of sensation. It’s been 5 days now. No discoloration or any other deformities otherwise. I read in another forum that it is because of excessive PEing and I must rest the nerves and take Gingko Biloba. I have stopped PE since. I am really worried!! Any advice from the veterans here would be highly appreciated!! My routine -

2-3 hours of Sizegenetics penis extender (5day on 1 day off)
About 200 wet-jelqs

I noticed the loss when I got very aggressive with the routing and wore the extender for 4 hours (with breaks of course). Also I did intense jelqs and kept my penis in traction wrapping to keep it extended. This last part was new the day before I lost sensation and I fear I may have wrapped too hard for too long. Please help!

I wonder whenther electrical stimuation could be used to encourage the valves to strethen and improve their function

Electrical stimulaton of muscles (Not tens - that is more of a pain killer) is well known as a means of getting muscles to improve. So I wonder if there are any with some more expert knowledge could give a view.

In the meantime a Google search - “Electrical treatment of venous leakage” Brought up a sizeable data base. Although many are highly academic theses
