Realistic goals

Some people may get more or less but I remember around gaining around that much my first 12 months. I can honestly tell you the best girth I have ever gotten in a month was .5” at the base with more or less newbie to advanced routines.

Later on growth will begin to slow down to a trickle as you get accustomed to boring and average routines so you will have to be more creative, a tough task for some on here. You can basically take that 1.5” of girth from a girth only routine and cut that in half. So in 2 years you can probably expect a gain of 2.25” which doesn’t sound like much but it’s enough to go from a loose fitting condom over 4” to a magnum over 6”. Everything really depends on diet, exercise, hormones, and how quick you heal.

I can make gains anywhere from .125” a month to .25”, but I heal very quickly and eat very clean.

Have your gains lasted? I mean have you had a break from PE long enough to notice a loss of growth? A few threads I’ve read in the past, I’ve heard that some of them have lost 0.25 - 0.5 inch after a considerable break from pe.

- Thanks, Mike.

I got up to 8.5” by 6” with a severe taper by the time I graduated high school. Unfortunately, I lost half an inch in length but I never really cared to get it back. I did pe off and on for a few years in the navy when I had the free time and space but I’m not sure I even gained anything noticable. It wasn’t until this year when I took up pe again and started experimenting with a few theories I’ve held onto that I started really gaining again and even with time off I still kept my new girth. The only thing changed in a month or so from not doing pe is that my libido went down from less of a demand for erections.

In case anyone is curious, natural penis growth can continue until the age of twenty.

Technically penis growth stops when puberty is finished between the age of 18 to 24. This most likely is the reason for my fast gains in the past.

I’ve been able to gain about 5/16 a month in length. In girth, I gained 1 inch in about 6 months. Don’t sell yourself short. No pun intended.

I’m not trying to be a jerk (maybe it just comes naturally), but this thread is supposed to be about REALISTIC goals, and setting goals for someone else based on your growth that might very well have happened without any PE just isn’t realistic at all. I know we’ve butt heads before, and while I appreciate your enthusiasm TheGreatDivider, I just don’t see your story as the huge PE breakthrough that you do. Maybe I’m missing a big part of your story, but what have you gained past the point of what could have been attributed to natural growth?

An inch and a half in length and one inch in girth in a year (2.25” in two years!) don’t seem like realistic goals to me based on all the other experiences I’ve read and your not helping anyone by setting them up for disappointment like that.

Cantlook, you missed the part where I attributed a great deal of that growth to puberty. Not only that but I’ve pushed the limits on pe into some insane areas because I didn’t have the necessary guidance to avoid long term injuries. I do appreciate your skepticism and I realize you are just trying to look out for newbie aspirations of real growth. I am here just representing my state of experience from my years of pe trial and error and routines so regular I would do them after homework every night. During that time from 7th or 8th grade to the end of highschool I went from about 4”x4” to 8.5”x6”. I attribute my gains to both puberty and pe the same teenage athletes attribute their muscle gain to puberty and football training.

To be fair, you didn’t clearly mention puberty until I brought up the time frame when your gains started.

I’m not trying to take anything from your progress, and I do respect your motivation. It’s not personal, it’s just that of all the threads to post on I don’t think your journey applies to the “realistic” gains question that was asked. Most of us are not starting our PE in grade seven and should expect entirely different results.

Like you said, I’m just trying to watch out for the new guys, me included, and now I’ve said my piece.

No hard feelings, I hope.

So what is realistic?

A lot of people have gains that come easier in the first few months than the rest of their PE career…
and perhaps if you start when you’re going through puberty you’re going to see the most ‘gains per month’ compared to older users.

I took 65 entries from the PE database and analyzed them over the course of their PE careers.

Average Length/Month 0.1048
Average Girth Gain/Month 0.0614
Count Entries 65

Average Total Length Gain 0.655
Average Total Girth Gain 0.291

MAX Length Gain 1.937
MAX Girth Gain 1.250

Percentiles (Total length Gain)
95% 1.6700
80% 1.1050
70% 0.7500
60% 0.6700
50% 0.5000
25% 0.3000

Percentiles (Total Girth Gain)
95% 0.7000
80% 0.5000
70% 0.4146
60% 0.3124
50% 0.2500
25% 0.1000

Percentiles (length/month)

70% 561.6000
60% 384.2000
50% 304.0000
25% 140.0000

So is gaining 3/8 (0.375”) of length and girth in 3 months realistic?
- For length, if you’re in the 70-80th percentile, absolutely. And you have an advantage of just starting.
- For girth, unless you’re in the 95th percentile, not likely.

Cantlook,
In all fairness I do have damn near super human healing abilities. Or maybe it’s because I take a handful of super supplements, eat a balanced diet, drink a ton of water, lift like an animal in the gym(with precision), and practice pe with a reason; not just tugging on my willie for hours and complaining the next morning about not being able to get an erection.

The problem with pe is nobody dares to dream anymore or think outside the box. Everybody just accepts pre written routines and old concepts. I post on here and everybody $hit$ all over my theories without even a second thought. Dare to think for yourselves pe’ople.

When you look at it like that, it can be somewhat off putting. The fact that only 20% managed to gain a full inch in length. And the majority only gained 0.5.
Girth wise 0.25 inch.. I’m not too fussed about girth to be honest. My own girth at 5.0 is the basic average anyway, but for some, girth is their main goal, and to say .25in is the average gained, well..
Still any gain at all is still a gain. If you add half an inch on to 5inch that’s a 10% increase. Not all bad.
Me personally I’m aiming for 1.2 inch in length to 6.25 NBPEL, which I have 2/10 chance of achieving.

Despite all that, the results of the 65 PE’s are interesting to see. Thanks for posting them.

You seem to have a super human ability to miss the point of this thread, the sincerity of my post and perhaps missed the point about this entire forum.

Everyone has theories, but you can not expect people to just accept them as gospel because you have been kind enough to impart them on us. It takes time to prove that what you think is working is really working. The techniques on this site have been tested and proven over time.

I do not know what other theories you have tried to present, but your almighty attitude probably did not help open people up to your ideas. Mind you, your huge gains through puberty theory is truly a groundbreaking discovery.

I guess I will just go back to tugging and complaining just like everyone else now.

Start a thread exposing your theories. Explain which should be ‘the old concepts’ that should be changed. But basing a realistic goal on a theory that hasn’t been proven true other than for you, that is not realistic, I think. PE costs time and is risky at some degree, dreams are not for free. We don’t want to promise a thing and deliver another, right?

You make a good point marinera, I need to sit down and compile everything to share here in a lengthy thread. I have many theories that have come from ten years of trial and error with my pe side project. The one conquest I am most proud of is the balancing of weight loss, muscle gain, and lessening a severe taper all in the same time.

Calm down Cantlook,
How about a little respect in your posts for once in your life, for anyone other than yourself. I know you worked hard to grow your cock as well as that chip on your shoulder, but you don’t have to take your frustrations out on me. It’s just makes you look desperate for some kind of validation you’re not getting in your own life.

I think the main message here isn’t that you can’t achieve your goal, but expecting a continuous 0.25 inches in length a month is crazy. I’ve only seen one person that was doing about 0.1 inches a month and according to his records he was doing 2 hours of PE a day and supplementing pretty heavily. Maybe TheGreatDivider has some great ideas and theories that really do work - I’d like to hear them in another thread. I have my own outside-the-box theories too… have you seen my tube with wires coiling around it or thoughts and experiments with vibration and lymph fluid buildup? Tons of ideas and thoughts; LOT, PI’s, they’re all theories and were new and crazy once, and there’s lots of crazy people here still (like you). The newbie routine was challenged and revised a bit and everyday people walk through department stores and think how a dremel could assist them in their PE routine. Yeah there’s lots of people that are chasing the holy grail of PE.

Probably the best thing I learned though was to actually love where I’m at now. That it’s a marathon, not a sprint, and if you need to gain 0.5 inches by tomorrow there’s a lot missing from your life and it’s probably a good time to sit down and reevaluate your motivations. This is a lifelong journey, as with a lot of things in life.
