Actually all average penis size researches that I’ve have read about were base on NBPEL.
The sites I searched online for dick measuring tutorials always said, “DON’T PRESS THE RULER AGAINST YOUR PUBIC BONE. Why cheat yourself?”.

First time I heard ‘bout BPEL measurements was when I started PE.

Penis size statistics are generally based on BPEL or NBPFSL/BPFSL. Penis size sites are generally bullshits so isn’t worth caring about what they say.

What is great about this site is that it teaches you to think rationally about your penis and penis size! Discussions like this shows this.

I wonder who has started all the BPEL measuring in the history of penis measuring (and when), and what was his lenght :D

If I had a 1/4 inch fat pad then I wouldn’t measure bpel but just for gains but in reality I have 2 inchs hidden so it’s best for me to measure bpel full stop.

You should measure both BPEL and NBPEL. One to measure penis length and one to help gauge fat loss.

Tell me about it, I’m somewhere between 1.5 and 2 inch fat pad, I hate it so much. Enough that I joined a gym just for PE purposes haha.

I agree that NBP measurements are a more valuable indicator of how much cock someone really has, but BP measurements are better for tracking progress.

I’ve noticed as an unintended, albeit awesome, consequence of PE that I am simply living healthier. I eat better, drink more water, exercise more frequently (both aerobic and anaerobic), and sleep more. I also notice that I am more confident and just generally happier (every morning when I awake I take a good look at my throbbing boner and can’t help but smile!). I’m hooked; this shit it great

I know exactly what you mean, lately I’ve found myself to be more social and have a better attitude about everything, which I can only chalk up to higher confidence. PE is awesome.

Exactly. NBPEL serves for visual stimulation only.

Of course, visual stimulation has it’s value, as well.

BPEL is the right way to measure. It is more consistent and if you are in reasonable shape, your partner should be able to grok it in fullness.

I hope there is a consensus on the idea that BPEL is the standard for tracking gains.

NBPEL makes the visual impression, but it’s less accurate for tracking purposes. It depends on the momentary state of the fat pad and is much harder to measure it accurately. The penis usually has a trunconic shape where it connects to the pelvis and it’s not clear where “ground zero” is.
