Reasonable Goals

Is 3” In A Year Or Rather 1” Every Four Months A Decent Goal Or Are My Hopes Up To High? I’m Gonna Start Hanging In A Month And A Half If The Matters Any.

3 inches in a single year is a very lofty goal. Goals are meaningless until you have some idea as to how much dedication it will take to meet them. Once you are experienced with your routine, you will have a better idea as to what you should expect in one year.

Don’t over train hoping to hit specific gains in specific time lines.

PE consistent, PE safe.

PS You don’t have to capitalize the first letter of every word in a sentence. I’m sure a mod will point that out though.

Your hopes are unrealistic. It isn’t unrealistic to get decent newbie gains, but don’t expect that to be a constant - that’s more like “taking the slack out of the system”.

Why do you plan to start hanging in a month and a half? Your best bet is to milk newbie gains for as long as possible - don’t go on until your gains stop. You want a larger dick, not a tougher dick.

3” in a year.. Hmm.. I gained 1 inch in 4 months. Too bad my gains have slowed down a lot :(
