Red Bump on left side of shaft

I seem to have a reddish sort of bump on the left side of my penis when erect and flaccid
It looks like a pimple and when i was jelqing a bit of blood did ooze out
I also noticed that it is in line with a vein when flaccid so it may be on top of a vein
Im just past the halfway point on my newbie routine which im keeping track of on another thread
and i was wondering what course of action to take as im not looking to get in the way of possible gains

On another note, what model of Viewsonic monitor do you have if you use one? I have a VA2359 and its neutral setting is a tad warm so I color corrected it to make the RGB levels more equal.
