Red spots. Good or bad sign?

When are red spots caused by jelqing a bad sign?

They’re a sign you’re overdoing it.

So I should never see a single red spot during PE training?

An occasional spot means you’re pushing the limit. You don’t want to go past that.

There are various opinions on how much of a problem petechiae are, but my view is that broken veins are bad, and the damage will accumulate if you keep doing it.

You’re not in a race; it won’t hurt to ease up a bit.

Whether you believe it or not. Once a red dot appears, it will appear countless times. You will recover through rest, but they will appear more frequently the next time, regardless of whether you exercise excessively or not.

So it’s not a big deal. Continue to maintain routine, as the skin’s adaptability becomes stronger, they will decrease.

Rest cannot solve it unless you no longer have PE.
