Tiny little red spots on head.good or bad sign

I know these lil red spots go away after a while but is it a good sign that you’re pumping blood in Ir penis and causing them?

Take those as a sign that you’re pushing it a little too hard. At least now you know how far to take things and just how powerful the basic manual PE exercises can be. Ease back on the pressure til they disappear for good..:)

It’s normal in the beginning, because as drilla9 said, you don’t really know your limits too well. And also because your penis isn’t used to the stresses of PE. Wait until the spots subside and then continue with your routine. They should be gone in maximum three days. Also take a look at the article below:
