I have seen many cases, mostly successful cases, of guys who had their earnings significantly increased after adding 2 days off in row.

What seems to have increased gains is having your penis with tissues recovered and deconditioning for PE training, a penis with tissues in reset!

So, if 5on, 2off, has brought improvement in the gains of the big winners of quick gains, I saw by logic, a balance point, that 5 days of accumulated damage, to be able to start with the 2 days off for tissue recovery, it’s an imbalance between cumulative damage and early recovery, where 3on, 2off, mimics the weekly cycle of big winners, but with a balance between damage and recovery in a maximized way, because 3 days is enough damage accumulation to already need 2 days go recovery row,

There is still a factor that there is much less conditioning in 3 days of damage without breaks than 5 days without breaks. I think that if a person starts this 3/2 cycle after a decon, the penis won’t even need a decon in the future because it won’t be conditioned to the many days of consecutive training, and the gains of beginners won’t stop arriving. Because beginner gains are basically quick responses of a sensitive penis to training, your beginner tissue states should not change if you don’t condition your penis, after 2 days of rest, you feel your penis still being very stretched, very sensitive to pulls !

Because your penis will always have the tissues originally sensitive and flexible to PE traction training because it has time for it to recover, your body does not need to harden and strengthen it against traction on the tissues, a penis that is very trained, loses EQ, and a penis that loses EQ forces the body to condition its penis to remain ready for human reproduction.

On the other hand, the new BD theory video on strategy for faster gains in PE, says that it is better to do more short sets (6x10min) than less long sets (2x30min). He also says that the connective tissues need 72h(2 days off in row) for recovery!
So it makes sense for the 5on 2off guys to have good gains.
I have seen a Swolemike reddit user who had his gains improved in such a revolutionary way, that he decided to do 2on, 2off, 1on, 2off, 2on, 2off, and when I saw this and other very similar cases, I decided to love 2on, 2off, and then talking to another quick gainer, zombie_ie_ie reddit user about my routine, he said that he could do so few days in a row without training, but that he could do 3on, 2off.
So I saw that his instinct was right, as I think not too different from the big gainers 5/2, but different enough to train unnecessary extra days to start doing the 2 days in row of rest using 3/2.

Soon, I decided to love 3ON, 2OFF

Has anyone else here seen their gains improve after adding more rest to their routines? I believe there is a balance point for you to win eternally as a beginner.

The times when I feel like I make the best progress are when I do PE Monday through Friday and take weekends off.
My typical routine is 2 sessions of 1-1.5 hours per day. Mostly using extender, but with some hanging and occasional pumping as well.

If time and lifestyle constraints weren’t an issue, I’d do 2 hours extending, 30 mins hanging, and 30 mins pumping 5 days a week and rest 2 days.

So, I’ve gained an inch in 7 months with a noose style extender. During that time, I had a vasectomy which required a 6 week recovery and I was away on work for another month. So out of those 7 months. I’ve really only had 5 months of stretching. I feel those are really good gains. I rest a lot or have “healing days”. I typically stretch for 4 to 8 hours a day (attempting to maintain 1200g of pressure), for 2 or 3 days (based on how my penis is feeling) then rest for 2 days. I also jelq on my PE days at the end of the day. This system is working great for me and even better since I added the jelqing. After jelqing I maintain a full penis all night and usually solid, morning erections. Before I added jelqing, my EQ and flaccid length was suffering a bit. Jelqing solved my turtling issues.

I have four workout days and three rest days per week, and two of those rest days are back to back. I’ve been seeing pretty good gains, and I think those rest days are essential.

I agree for sure. I’m a huge believer in 1day on and at least 2 off but I always do 1 day on and 3 off and I feel way better for it.

I think it all depends on what kind of excercise you’re aiming at and what kind of intensity are you applying to those. High Intensity might need healing time, while low intensity will not need rest at all.

I know quite a lot about weight lifting and common knowledge in this is that it takes beginners about 72 hours to recover fully from their previous workout. When you get more experience, your body is better able to recover and you can do so in 48 hours, although there are also experts working out the same muscle every day, however they equate for volume. So instead of doing 7 sets per body part twice a week, now they do 2 sets every day.

If the penis indeed is 50% smooth muscle as I’ve read, I would guess that the recovery process is similar to that of other muscles in the human body. So meaning that you could do a 1 hour PE workout twice a week, or 20 minutes every day.

I’m a big fan of 1on followed by 3 off. I seem to be making rapid gains with this approach and even my girl keeps saying every time we have sex my dick feels like it keeps getting bigger. After one month of work then I do a 3 weeks decon and repeat once I complete like 3 cycles I’ll probably take a 3 month decon. I’m a big believer in less is more approach.

Very simple man. I Kypra’s method of heated vacuum hanging. I wrap aluminum foil around my pad so I make sure I’m as close as I can be to the right temp like the US they use.

1st set cold 1lb x15 min, 2nd set cold 1.5 lbs x 15 min, 3rd set Heat 2lbs x 15mins, 4th set Heat 2.5lbs x 15mins, 5th set cooldown 3lbs x 10 mins. First 5 mins I turn heating pad off and remove foil and last 5 mins I remove heating pad completely.

The following day I pump 3hg x 20 mins with heat. So I’m I have 3 days of rest for length and 3 days rest between pump sessions. The pumping barely feels like anything but mostly doing it for healthy or is and from reading Kypras methodology from my perspective he feels length gains need a length and girth approach so that’s all I’m doing.
