Restarting PE
Hello Thunder’s!
My name is João, from Brazil (Height: 5 feet 8 inches and about 82kg).
After a year been on and off, I decided to take PE very serious. Been reading multiple posts, and learn a lot about Penis enlargement, premature ejaculation, devices, importance of rest days and plane to read and learn even more!!
So after that year I end up buying Bathmate (x30), extender (AndroPenis), creams (Kolossal) expeting fast gains, but such thing doesn’t exist, got some gains, but minimal (0.4 length).
The best thing for me it’s to make a excel log (gonna post it here), with every day routine, rest, etc!!
Last month never done anything significant (a couple of stretches), and last 2 weeks only sets of kegels and reverse kegels.
What I have in mind is:
Weeks 1-2 -> workout 3 days, rest days only edging
Weeks 3-4 -> workout 4 days, rest days edging + light stretches by the morning and before bed time
Weeks 5-6 -> workout 5 days, rest days edging + light stretches by the morning and before bed time (2 days total rest)
For the routine I peak up the basic exercise, Jelqs!
1) Warm up on the shower, doing helicopter shakes, and getting aroused for the semi erection (50%-65%)
2) 100x Wet Jelqs (increase 50 jelqs each week)
3) Kegels 50x 5 second old or 200x quick kegels
4) Edging for 10 minutes, and work my way up (no ejaculation)
5) Warm down with hot towel
For rest days I have think on this:
Edging 10 minutes
Stretches:
Straight out (1 minute hold)
15x tunica tugs
Behind the legs(1 minute hold)
Straight Up (1 minute hold)
15x tunica tugs
V stretch (1 minute hold)
15x tunica tugs
A stretch (1 minute hold)
15x tunica tugs
Helicopter shakes (30 seconds)
Gonna take correct measurements tomorrow morning, and complete the excel table. I will post here tomorrow.
