Restarting brief PE career after carpal tunnel surgery
Hello all!
Started back in June and was consistent up until September at which time I had surgery on both wrists. Getting the CTS surgery was unrelated to PE. Lots of driving for my job and construction work did a number on me. Still fairly young - I’ll be thirty this year - so recovery wasn’t bad.
Anyway, so I had satisfying results on my first go following the Newbie program, along with a few additions, such as: ADS experimentation, dry jelqs, brushes with pumping and clamping that I felt I was able to handle, as I’ve always been pretty rough with my unit. I stumbled across a PE forum about 15 years ago and tried some stretches and jelqs, but never caught fire with it. I would subsequently set myself on fire - metaphorically speaking of course - when I got into the practice of rubber banding my unit and one day left it on too long and found a purple spot on the side of my shaft. At fifteen years old, I lived with it instead of saying anything to my folks. Hasn’t caused any problems, thankfully. The spot didn’t last long. Needless to say, didn’t do that for a while. Five years later, I was uncut at the time, I would tear my frenulum in a moment of passion being a little too overzealous trying to shove my cock in my blessedly tight gf at the time (god I miss her.) Blood squirted everywhere on her white comforter. Awesome. Didn’t go to the doc about that either. Healed adequately enough. I would get circumcised five years after that and seemingly stemming from that surgery or it could be from the rubber banding that was a revealed problem after I was circumcised is a bulge on the left side of my penis that seems to be a tied-off vein or something of the sort. Hasn’t caused any problems but is noticeable if I’m erect enough. The circumcision topic seems to spark some incredibly passionate debate among foreskin restorers and advocates. Understandably so, as it’s something most people don’t have a choice in and feel like they are missing out on somethings spiritual or some incredible sensation. So that’s a topic for another time if anyone’s interested.
I’ll wrap this introduction up by saying I’ve always been on the smaller side at 4.50 NBPEL by 4.50 BEG. In about two and a half months of PE I didn’t change those numbers, but I did improve my flaccid from 2.50x3.00 (roughly) to 3.50/4.00x3.50. I was very happy with that as I didn’t turtle nearly as much and my confidence shot way up. Lost all of those temporary gains when I had to bow out for surgery but never lost faith. I don’t ever expect any of this to be permanent and I’m fine with that. No one expects weight loss or results from the gym to be permanent either. Maintenance is preached on here for a reason.
The wisdom, mistakes, and relentlessness on display in this forum has helped me go from being a lurker to a first time poster. Much love to all those endeavoring to be endowed or even striving for upper average like me.
I’ll start posting my routine and progress very soon.
Thanks to everyone for getting me to now. I mean that indirectly as I’ve never spoken to any of you.
