My background
I have never been I guess what you would call small anywhere. I have always been a athlete. Football, wrestling, track and field, and baseball were the sport I played growing up and through school. So i was always on a high caloric demand. So after high school I went to collage and man did I put on the weight. I got up to 480 pounds at my heaviest. Now when I say that yes I was big and fat, but I was not a 500 pound man like people would invision. I was still active can still get around fine. I hike can run play ball any of that. I know I am fat but was happy in my skin. Now fastforward the same size as before now I am married to a wonderful woman. I have been lifting for 5 years. I am still the same weight. still not healthy or living a great lifestyle. Now I am 28 I have been married for a couple years have a good job. Just not happy with my appearance. So i decided to change somethings. I have been a competetive powerlifter for about 5 years now. Have set a few records ect. And was still not happy. Yeah I am not the same 480 pound person I was right after college. but still unhappy with my bodyfat. and my 3+” fatpad hiding part of my unit. So I decided to change around nov. 10 2015 I started dieting. My starting weight was 485. Now dec 24 2015 I weighed 410. That is 75 pounds in a 1.5 months. Well I started thinking about some stuff I had read and decided I was going to start doing pe also. so by the time I got rid of the fat pad I could be lets say maybe huge. So i put together a plan just like I did with my lifting and my diet. And I did the newbie routine for about a week and I ended up drying out my unit and having to stop pe for a while. But now I am back and decided to post my plan for the new year. My plan is to get to a bw of 275 and to grow my unit as much as possible, or until my wife tells me to stop. she already has problems with my girth from time to time. Unsure about my starting length since I cant really measure bpel. But I have used a ruler and pushed it down as far as it would go and it was right at 6.75” but probably had a large amoung of fat under the ruler I am guessing well over a 1” maybe closer to 1.5”. Girth is around 6-6.25” depending on eq. But I am sure as I loose more fat and do pe I will hit my goal of 8.5”x7”. Which is just my first goal and where I would be extrordinarily happy to say the least. Also I have it easy. My wife supports me in anything I do. And can pretty much do pe while sitting in the living room watching tv with her. Its pretty cool if you ask me. So the time I have to spend on PE is only limited by my time at the gym and what time I want to go to sleep.
My Workout
15 minute warm up with rice sock
I also use constant heat from a heater.
As part of my warm up I do few stretches.
PE Workout
Stretching
I am using on average 15-20 pounds of force. I used a fish scale to find this out. I also use a glove to prevent slipping.
Straight down and to the left 30 secs
straight down 30 secs
straight down and to the right 30 secs
Then I stretch in a circular motion. 30 repitions
Straight out and to the left 30 secs
straight out 30 secs
Straight out and to the right 30 secs
Then I stretch in a circular motion. 30 repitions
Straight up and to the left 30 secs (kinda over my leg)
Straight up 30 secs
Straight up and to the right 30 secs (kinda over my leg)
Then I stretch in a circular motion. 30 repitions
Then I do bundled stretches for 10-30 secs and try and stretch in all directions. 2 sets
Then I go back and do the straight out,up, and down for 30 secs a piece to finish of the stretching routine. I have found it helps my ligs from hurting
from the bundles.
Then I begin to jelq I do not count my reps usually around 50 if i had to guess.
Then I enter the pump at around 5hg for 10min. And jelq for about 50 reps and repeat for 3 sets.
After it all done I take a hot shower and do a few light stretches and jelqs to get proper circulation.
After my shower I also apply bio oil to my unit which helps with color and dry skin. After it soaks in I will go into the extender(which my wife
purchased me for christmas) for a hour or two
before bed.

Will be ordering cialis to use daily for ed caused by being over weight . Also contemplating ghrp-2 cjc w/o dac and igf-1lr3 to help with fat loss and loose skin. May also help with PE.

I am on a diet called the Anabolic Diet. It is a low carb based diet that is supposed to help with hormone levels of men. To take the place of steroids.
