Right now with my eq problems I am trying to straightened out. My wife says my unit goes through mood swings. It cn be super thick more than usual but about a inch shorter, it can be almost a half inch longer than ever and kinda narrrow 5.5” girth when this happens. Sometimes it’s just in the middle. I do have hormone problems I am getting worked out.

Now for the teeth problem yes! Now some days its fine. Some days my wife has a really hard time even fitting the head in her mouth. Now on the my pe progress. My flacid is hanging better and thicher all day. I think I measured the flacid girth and it was 5.25” still trying to loose weight to get a true measurement on length.

My pump works great. Did some pumping at 4-5hg for set. And did one set of dynamic pumping where I went a little higher. Gonna get a few more cylinders. I ordered the wrong one a little to big for the length work I was gonna use it for. I can usually pack out a 2” in a matter of minutes and use it for length work and ligament stretching. I pull on the cylinder. I enjoy pumping and stretching been doing I guess what you would call dynamic stretching. With different times no more than a min and with different tensions. When I do this it seems to be working to legthen my flacid better than just a static stretch. Also using bundled stretches a few times a week. I can feel this working deep down at the ligs and in the shaft.

Also started a new fatloss product last night. Got it from a friend for free. It is GW501516 (GW1516 or GSK-516) is a drug that acts as a PPARΞ΄ modulator. GW 501516 activates AMP-activated protein kinase and stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue, and GW 501516 has been demonstrated to reverse metabolic abnormalities in obese men with pre-diabetic metabolic syndrome, most likely by stimulating fatty acid oxidation. It was $100 dollars for free. This helps increase fat burning and cardio ability with little to no sides. The only real sides are in 1 study the rats were given mega doses of it and it caused cancer over years. But I am only gonna take a small% of the dose they have the rats mg/pound of body weight. Have been looking at this compound for a while seems to be legit will let yal know if it truly works.

Be very careful with that stuff, man. It’s still being made for black market use and it’s used as a performance enhancer in athletes. Needless to say, it’s illegal and considered doping. That means it works, but at what cost?

There is serious evidence that it can cause tumors in multiple organs, so don’t fool yourself. PPAR’s are receptors that play a regulatory role in normal cell division and growth (it "kills" a cell that has DNA damage so it can’t grow any further), and if you mess with it you increase the chance that a cancerous cell can divide and grow. There’s more than enough evidence that PPAR activation is seen more often in cancerous tumors (see: (PPAR[Title]) AND cancer[Title] - Search Results - PubMed). Not all the hits are about this, but it’s definitely not "just one study".

That being said, there’s also good evidence that it promoted fat loss. Use at your own risk. My personal opinion is: don’t use too much and please don’t go on using it for a long time.

I agree 100% it should not be abused. Anything can be bad for ya in large amounts. There is a good amount of research out there for this stuff now. I think one bad study should have been duplicated multiple times for it to stand. It has many great benifits. Correcting metabolic syndrome in obese people. Helps with cholesterol increases hdl and lowers ldl. Just over all a drug that should be looked into a whole lot more.

It does increase endurance like crazy I could tell during some boxing training the other day. It felt pretty good not to get out of breath as much.

As for my pe work. I have spent all weekend stretching at a lower intensity. I stretched 4 different times yesterday for 10 minutes. Still having erection issues they are horrible. Was able to achieve one good erection yesterday to have some time with my wife. The problem with growing is spontaneity is beginning to go out the window. It takes lube and lots of arousal for me to have intercoarse with the wife.

DAY# 15 I had a great workout last night it was a very good stretch. I am just throwing a number that is a guess but it feels like .375-.5” stretched flacid length increase overall feels greay.

My pumping sessions was great was able to get a erection by myself. Pumped 4 sets at 10 minutes at 5 hg did not feel a super good expansion cause the tube was a little big. I received the wrong one. So I ordered the correct one. I just need the 2” cylinder since I am working on length. I am wanting to reach and cement my 8.5” goal. If it takes two years I am good with it. I will not stop.

I think that’s the mind set you have to have. Do what ever it takes to get what you want. That’s how I have lived my life. I have set goals and have met them. That’s the key to doing anything. Also I am going to think outside the box. Not going with a mold. If it works then do it. If not find something else. Eventually you will wake up and see hey I am at my goal. That’s the way I see it anyway. I don’t worry about day to day or week to week measurements. I gotta stay focused long term.

So I was able to get fat pad depth measurement today. It was 3.5” deep. But has went down some from where I started. Feeling good about the loss. It seems to be the last thing to go which sucks. But, I have a flacid hand outside the fatpad not from 1”-2.5” when I get out of the shower. So I am happy with my size. It sucks being fat just glad I am doing something about it.

It’s kinda embarrassing I let myself go and having to measure my fat to estimate my size but I am loosing it so there is a positive. I am doing pe and loosing fat when they intersect each other it will be a glorious day for me in my life. My final goal is 10-12 % bf. I am really thankful for this forum. You guys saved me life. I am not loosing weight for pe. I am loosing weight to be healthy. But pe definitely has spurred the desire more.

Day#18
I had a great workout last night in the gym and in pe. I am doing some crazy circuit work in the gym. I was doing a speed bench day. 5x5 paused bench press. Moving the weight as fast as possible from the chest to lockout. I also did close stancebox squats in between the sets of bench press. Which was at the most 30 sec rest periods. I was worn out. Then did some db presses some shoulders( which I did the night before). And tricepts for around 15 sets of pushdowns.

Got home had my grilled chicken and green beans post workout. Warmed up my rice sock turned on the space heater and went to work. I did my 15 min worm up with the heater and rice sock with light stretching. Then I went about my stretching routine which was about the best stretch I have had. Did my stretching in the 9 different directions and 3 sets of rotary stretches. After I did bundles stretches in both directions. Also tried doing a rotary stretch with a bundled stretch is felt like it worked great. Then went back to a straight down stretch light for my cool down and a straight out to make the last little bit of work as I ended my stretching session.

Now for the pumping. I don’t like using the cylinder I have its a bigger cylinder than I need mine should be in today. But I am growing using it just the wrong way. I want to grow up and not out. But I did it anyway and pulled on the cylinder a small but for a stretch. I expanded way past the 2” cylinder mark. Which was my best pumping day to date. I did 3 sessions at 10 min a piece. It was great to say the least. I was happy with the total experience.

Now for the bad part. My wife is extremely happy with the way I am right now. Although she does complain a little if I do it in certain positions. My girth has increases I had her measure the girth and last night it was 6.25”. So the first time it was measured it was closer to 5.5. She did not read the tape right cause it has changed tremendously. She sat down and asked me what my goals were and I told her and she said that it would probably hurt her. She is a smaller woman with a little meat on her bones but still small. A inch or two over 5’. She said she may not want sex if it gets bigger which puts me in a predicament. I want to be 8.5” x6.5” and she is very happy where I am now. What do I do. It’s for me that’d why I am doing this. She said I was being selfish. So need less to say I am shooting for 8x6 now and let her decide from there.

If you don’t listen to your wife, surely you are going to pay for it.

Unless you don’t give a shit, so do as you wish.

But if you love her, keep an eye on your progress and since she is allready helping you with PE, keep her close.

If I were you I would ask her if she could get used to a bigger size and ask her to set a limit.

As for your weight loss, are you in a hurry? Is someone chasing you? Take it easy. It will happen. You know it will. Don’t feed your body crappy supplements.You know better than that, come on

There is no such thing as an abuse to these shit, only use. You could get two men, same age, same weight, same health condition and give them the same supplement in a <<safe>> dosage. One of them does well, the other has issues. It happens all the time. How do you know you are not gonna be the second one?

No man can tell you what to do. It’s your personal choice.But weight loss doesn;t have a first place or a second one. I am sure you get it. No one is rushing you. Take it easy. You got time.

Now, money is another issue. Not all have money. But I would like to think that we all have time.

I am not in a hurry. I am a scientist but I like to experience things first hand. The only reason I am taking it is a guy I am training is taking it and gave me some. I wanted to see where he is going with this stuff. Now as far as the results who knows. Can’t really tell considering the worst thing I ate this week is a grilled chicken sandwich I made myself.

I ain’t no scientist mate but I was a greco roman wrestler and I have a military background.

I was always like keep it as clean as you can. So I am always carefull with anything that it is not a vitamin or mineral etc. Even with those I am carefull.

Pe is gong great definitely seeing some good gains. But I woke up last night and my penis was numb. It was between my legs could I have just cut off the blood to it? As soon as moved it it came to life and had morning wood.

If everything is going well and you can achieve erection I wouldn’t worry about it. I think that a lot of us become more “penis aware” after we start PE. We notice and feel and see things that may have always been there, but we just notice them more. I think you should be fine, but keep an eye on it.
