I’ve been training since the end of october, with about 3 weeks not so consistent. I dont even know how to measure my results right now. My erections are variable, one day are very good, others not so good. But in general it improved a lot compared with before. In terms of lenght i dont know if something like 0.4 inch is because of better erection or a real increase. But i always measure with the tape, not the rule.

Any advice?

I always measure during an edging session to make sure i can get to 100% erection or as close to it as possible. For some reason the closer the ruler gets to my dick the quicker EQ goes down lol. But edging for a bit til i know im very hard then holding a jelq while i measure gives me a good repeatable measurement. Use a hard ruler though not the tape.

What’s your current routine like? It sounds like your PI’s aren’t great if you’re noticing that much variation in your EQ.

Lots of people seem to use a tape instead of a ruler to measure length, doing it consistently the same is an important factor to take away variable changes. I’ve found a hard ruler easier for length measuring myself - but to each their own.

A gain of 0.4 inches could very well be linked to improvements you are getting from PE, I wouldn’t be too concerned with that though. Look at it this way - it’s something more than you used to have so that’s a positive and a gain of sorts!

I kind of follow the newbie routine. But for 3 weeks its not so consistent. The routine itself follows the numbers of the newbie routine, like 5 minutes of hot wrap, ten 30 seconds stretches, and 10 minutes of jelq. The difference, is that i do this in different ways, like divide sessions, stretch before one shower, and jelq before the other, or sometimes do more stretches than jelq, and stuff like that.

You should always stretch before jelq. The jelq is the routine and the stretch should be performed before the routine to stay clear of injuries. Stretches can be done by themselves. But, jelqing shouldn’t be done without stretches. Stretches help to generate maximum volume for gaining potential when using the jelq to force blood into the unit for greater engorgement.

And about the jelq, i dont know what pressure to put. Or even the right level of erection. I always need to recover sone erection level because i lost it during jelq.

Pressure varies for everyone and what you can withstand or become accustomed to. 50% is what I like as far as EQ level. Anything below 30% is more of a stretch. Anything above 70% is too erect. If I get too erect then I’ll perform ULI to subdue erection or clamp for 10 minutes and edge until erection subsides.
