Returned to the site after five years.
Wanted to share my story it may help others.
I jelqed for a year or two on and off had some gains in 2016-2018
I started penis hanging around five years ago 2018 or so maybe 2017.
I used a piece of cloth and rubber to hang a hanging device on the end of my penis with weight bag bag attached to it, whilst sat on a chair. I done a schedule of medium tension for some month or two. Things were going ok .
I then read a post on the forum about wanting to shock a certain penis muscle or tendon or ligament so you can get results faster, otherwise the low tension may actually strengthen and toughen this ligament or what ever it is ? Not sure exactly what the theory is behind this?
I then increased the weights and I believe I must have tore a nerve or something because my erections were very hard to come and went fast and also the penis was looking more lifeless and feeling very cold and shriveeled up for some weeks after this injury I believe there was some like muscle tear pain also. I was now doing a recovery regime of hot flannel wraps and good rest and food.
As each few months passed the penis became coming back to life slowly , but the injury was bad for sure as the penis just felt cold still and shrivelled and erection quality lessened.
I was put off penis enlargement , I focused in stead on foreskin restoration the past three years, my erection quality and penis health has came back thankfully.
I done some deep careful water fasts for a few weeks and I believe this aided my penis recovery and nerves repair.
I hope others can find hope in this,
I will start hanging again at some point soon again. I am prioritising foreskin restoration first though as it gives my sensitivity and function a boost more than just length or size can ,
