Progression is going trough the roof right now.
Started mid feb 2021: 15.3 BPEL
In 3 months may 2021: 16 BPEL (these gains I had very soon within a month probably better EQThen I had a 1 month break due injury. Probably caused by stretching to much pressure on the glans. It didnt hurt and the urologist said it was nothing but I still have 1 bigger side of the glans (only visible if you look very closely and if its flaccid, hard you can’t notice)
Restartes around mid june stats: 16 BPEL
Now I gained 0.6cm in 1.5 month or so.
I’m still very insecure about the future. Before the newbie routine I used an extender for few weeks and it was a hell. I don’t like an extender at all. So I’m afraid if my gains will stop with jelqing and stretching I have to mix the extender with my routine, which I don’t want to because I mastered jelqing and its not big of a deal for me right now, I actually enjoy PE as long as I’m gaining.
My routine:
5 mins warmup
10mins-13 mins stretching with uv lamp
30-32mins jelqing with low Erection level with uv lamp
5 mins warm down
50 kegelsMy goal again is to hit 17.6 BPEL in another 6 months because I jelqed and stretched for 7 months with 1 month break. So another 6 months (to february) seems 1cm gain a pretty reachable goal.
You’re goals and expectations are pretty high. 4.5cm BP length gains is very much. I hope my 1inch goal is reachable with jelqing only but 4cm BP length gains seem impossible with jelqing only you have to gonna use an extender or other methods I’m afraid.
Maybe you don’t mind but I suggest to lower your expectations to 1 inch goal for starting.
4.5cm NBP is reachable. I started at 5 inch NBPEL but when you’re losing Weight you can easily add 1cm or more. My NBP gains are higher then BP so I’m loosing a lot of my fat pad. I hope I can reach 15.5-16cm 1 day then I have to lose 0.5cm-1cm of my 1 inch fat pad what seems reachable too.
Ahh I see, seems like you’ve got this down pretty well. And regarding the goal in my sig (updated now) that was one I made a few years back haha, I’m really only looking for .5 to an inch nowadays which seems feasible if I can get anywhere close to the gains you’ve had
