About 2 weeks ago I read about reverse kegels and eureka! I tried it and it fking works.
Believe it or not, doing reverse kegs during sex can postpone my ejaculation to another session.
One thing I realized is reverse kegels desensitized your penis so do it only when you feel you might cum, else you won’t enjoy the sex.
When you are edging this is what you should practice. It will make you last way longer in bed! This is what helped me cure my PE a couple years ago. If you edge and do this it just becomes second nature.
When I’m having sex I go through periods every couple minutes where I start to feel the tension build up. I just take a deep breath through my nose and out my mouth, stop for a quick second, (don’t pull out, I go all the way inside her vagina stop, take a deep breath and relax). She doesn’t know I’m prolonging my ejaculation she just thinks I’m really getting into it kind of thing. I feel the tension relax, and then I’m good to go again. Sometimes I can do it right on demand while pounding away like fucking made, sometimes I just need a quick moment to calm it down. usually after doing this I’m good to go for a while. Usually I can pound for a good 10 minutes after doing this, and I mean pound like a fucking crazy ass.
Lots of good information here, I never really thought about it before because I never consciously practiced reverse kegals or even regular kegals till now.
Anyway, I practiced edging and got to where I could masturbate for 40+ minutes if I wanted to. I would get close as I possibly could, stop take a deep breath and relax. Then keep going, I never realized I was practicing reverse kegals though. After about a week of edging (I could edge for over 20 minutes), I noticed a lasted over 10 minutes in bed. My wife thought I was cheating on her because I had been shooting in under 1minute for the entire previous year.
