routine crtitique pls..
ok i am going to start jelqing stretching for first time and from wat i have read i have decided to do this….
first warm up the penis in the shower for about 5 minutes with a semi erection..
once im ready ill start using the simple stretching techniques and stretch it down wards upwards to the left and right each for about 30 seconds… and doing this for 5 minutes..
and that ill start doing jelqs in the shower (no lubricants or anything) and do about 200 strokes each for about 2 to 4 seconds… then im done
and i plan on doing this for 1 month.
any suggestions?
