I don’t care too much about increasing length or girth. I’m in this for the EQ. I don’t have major problems, but could stand to have harder erections, be able to maintain them better, and decreased refractory period.

Have been reading this for a while and finally took the plunge yesterday with the Newbie Routine.

Is there something more optimal that is focused on EQ?

Check this out. Personally I would stay clear of the dietary recommendations. However, I believe the AM movements could be of value to you if employed daily.

This has been a controversial topic/approach, but I believe the exercises are of value to those looking to improve EQ. Will work for some, not all. Which is true for all PE.

Also, I will add that I don’t necessarily buy into that the exercises will grow blood vessels. But the movements employed can be stimulating and do not restrict blood flow. Practicing them and focusing on holding an erection is where I see the value.

Jelqing that is used in the Newbie routine is an excellent exercise for EQ. Just make sure not to go overboard by causing red spots from broken capillaries.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Edging is always a safe bet. You build up time as you go along. You may be surprised even though you aren’t looking for gains you may get some from edging.

AM has been a mixed bag in terms of results.

Hey bro, I have tested various excercises and something that really boosted my EQ to the roofs was doing Wet Jelqs (4-5 sec/per stroke).

Also try Angion Method if this doesn’t work out for you!

I did about 50 Wet jelqs when I worked out my EQ.

Kegels are usually pretty good for erection. And maybe pump, but lighter version if you don’t wanna see any gains. This makes erection stronger and usually also gives better sensation.

Another one is edging. It’s something i did without knowing and at the end surprisingly noticed i have very weak refractory period. I suppose it’s possibly to learn how to stay hard even after full ejaculation, if that is interesting for you. Part of that practice is based on edging. But usually people do that for longer sex.
