Routine Help and advice
Hey guys just checking in after starting PE April 14th, here is my exercise routine..
Warm up: Always a very hot shower for 5-15 minutes and same for cool down.

What advice can experienced users give me to make my routine better? I have a 7.0 BPEL and 5.3 Girth and aiming for 8.5 BPEL and 6.4 Girth. My numbers vary on me being tired from other stuff so some days 60 is my limit. Also, is PE safe for underage teens? My little bro who is 16 I told him about PE and he wanted to try, would it affect his penis growth or help it? I think he is still developing.
