I would like be an opposite voice to some of these replies. I have done all three at the same and I loved it . I have just come off of a 2 month decon and will be going back to this . I never had an issue with getting erections or their quality.
My previous routine was hanging: usually for an hour with a small break every 10 to 15 minutes. then pump after hanging for anywhere to 20min to 30min. Sometimes based on feeling i would go up to 45min to 1 hour; for a total of a 2 hour session.
After this session i would go straight into an ADS of various types. Given i would be larger than normal after my pump, i had some sleeves that were worn into that size very well. After a few hours of this I would go into a stretcher, or my weights.
I did have to work up to this to be safe and DID gain blister injuries along the way learning what I could handle and what i could not. But I really did love this combination.
To add more info, I have NEVER not used an ADS, ever.
One variation to this would be if I only had time to do 10 or 20 minutes of pumping then I would try to get a full pump session later that day or before bed.
