Routine including ADS, hanging and pumping?

Does anyone have a proven routine including and ADS, hanging and pumping? I’m not really into manual stuff cause I get hard very easily. But I’m jelq and stretch after sets.

What would be a good order of actions physiologically for best results?

That is a lot of activity you are considering there. I think it is unlikely you will find any program using all three methods concurrently, even less likely one which led to success. My concern is you will be significantly over stressing your penis and not yield positive results.

You may have better success picking two of them and searching for successful programs then. Still, I think your results will be limited.

I agree with 32q. That would be a lot of stress on your unit and could cause some serious damage. I would say extender + moderate ads or pump + moderate ads.

Personally, I’ve had a good time with manuals and an ads. I know your post said you would get hard, but the more you try it, the less your brain will associate it with something intimate.

I used to be the same way with jelqs. Hand went down there with some type of lubricant and the dude thought it was time to shine. Eventually, it become more controllable.


Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

Well, I tried manual alot but it only works for the first strokes. Doing it for minutes is almost an impossible task. Maybe I’m too sensitive for this. That’s why using Bib Hanger is a also pain for me cause if I can’t get wrap fast enough I get too hard and have to wait. The reason why I wanna try out vacuum hanging cause its much easier and faster.

Is it possible to make cycles to optimize effects without overstressing? Let’s say 1 Week/Month focus on hanging, then focus on pumping and using ADS as often as possible?

I am unaware of any program(s) like you are describing. Why don’t you review some of the successful programs and choose from them?

I would like be an opposite voice to some of these replies. I have done all three at the same and I loved it . I have just come off of a 2 month decon and will be going back to this . I never had an issue with getting erections or their quality.

My previous routine was hanging: usually for an hour with a small break every 10 to 15 minutes. then pump after hanging for anywhere to 20min to 30min. Sometimes based on feeling i would go up to 45min to 1 hour; for a total of a 2 hour session.
After this session i would go straight into an ADS of various types. Given i would be larger than normal after my pump, i had some sleeves that were worn into that size very well. After a few hours of this I would go into a stretcher, or my weights.

I did have to work up to this to be safe and DID gain blister injuries along the way learning what I could handle and what i could not. But I really did love this combination.

To add more info, I have NEVER not used an ADS, ever.

One variation to this would be if I only had time to do 10 or 20 minutes of pumping then I would try to get a full pump session later that day or before bed.
