Hi, this year I had to stop doing my routine bcs I didn’t have time and tbh I wasn’t really motivated because I didn’t have gains in girth what is my goal. So I did PE exercises for year and a half (my last routine was 10 warm-10 min stretching -20 min jelq- 10 min warm and shower (hot shower). What is your recommendation for do now? Like I said I want focus girth. Didn’t do nothing in half year. Thank you and have a good gains!

PE can be very strange, I’ve recently been finding girth exercises actually add to my length. I guess my point is you need to try a lot of different techniques and give them enough time to see what works for you.

Even if your not seeing gains remember PE is great for penile health. Lastly please don’t give up…..we all find it harder or most of us find it harder to gain girth. Start the newbie routine and after a few months add in a pump.

I found squeezes to be a great girth blaster. Ok grip behind the glans and at the base of the penis and squeeze for five seconds then release. This exercise is performed at 80% erections and above as such requires conditioning beforehand. You said you’ve been off for half a year so I would recommend restarting the beginners routine before progressing to this.
