For a pump, a heating pad. For manual, a warmer room or a space heater pointed in your direction.

Newbie routine with dry instead of wet jelqing, wet jelqing and air pumping and solo wet jelqing.

Those combinations worked on me.

Edging and short abstinences for stamina and EQ maintenance.

Constant heat allowed me to gain girth but already had gains in length without it.

I started with a few stretches and jelqes before I strapped into the extender for an average of 4 hours per day for two years. Did gain about 1 1/2 inch (4cm) length, before I had a break that lasted for years. Did do some stretching and jelqing during the break to keep the gain. I’ve got all my newbie gains from extending, and I have started up again some time ago. I like using the extender, but have added some light hanging (600 grams) for 2-4 hours per time. I do not have to strap the hanging device too tight with this low weigth, so I do not cut off the blood supply while wearing it. I’m getting closer to 20 cm BPEL, and my goal is whatever I can get before it stops, and start concentrate on girth ( am 5,5 now)
