I started with a few stretches and jelqes before I strapped into the extender for an average of 4 hours per day for two years. Did gain about 1 1/2 inch (4cm) length, before I had a break that lasted for years. Did do some stretching and jelqing during the break to keep the gain. I’ve got all my newbie gains from extending, and I have started up again some time ago. I like using the extender, but have added some light hanging (600 grams) for 2-4 hours per time. I do not have to strap the hanging device too tight with this low weigth, so I do not cut off the blood supply while wearing it. I’m getting closer to 20 cm BPEL, and my goal is whatever I can get before it stops, and start concentrate on girth ( am 5,5 now)
