Routines that have worked for you

Hi, So I am very new to PE and I’ve only been doing it for about 2.5 months and I have recently realized I’ve been drastically over training, But I have found this place and now I’m on the right track, I could not do the newbie routine because of the jelqs but I do have the the quick extender pro, And I’m currently now doing

5 minutes of manual stretching
And 3-4 hours of using the extender in 30-45 minutes intervals.

My question is what has really worked for all of you, I plan on doing this for like 2-3 years but I don’t want this to be something I have to do my entire life, But I am interested in getting my max gains In that time period of time, So what has really worked for all of you?

Manual stretching has been the base of my routine.

Now I’m going to start hanging but stretching has a big advantage to all other PE exercises, you can do it every were and anytime.

I didn’t start getting measurable results from extending until I started doing 1- 1.5 hour sessions back to back.

My most productive girth gaining routine was a fairly aggressive pumping routine. I increased girth over one inch.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Newbie’s Routine . About 1,5 inches in length with it.

No other routine has worked as well as this for me, starting to think decon plus newbie routine would be the sweet spot IN MY CASE.

I’ll try a combo of full package pumping, coupled with a slider extender, and some version of US heat, when finances are adequate.

In the past, several edging routines have helped: edging with rubber bands as a constricting device (base and glans), condom edging, edging in nitrol glove (lots of lube, make sure to finish sessions out of it to reinflate the top of shaft and glans), and edging with metal cockrings of various sizes.

I used to use porn allot, but it really was detrimental in the long run: it effectively gave me ED that I am just starting to get over with help from my spouse (who’s never been sexier to me!).

In the end, variety and knowing when enough is enough, is the best plan of action, PE or otherwise.

About 3/4 to a full inch BPEL, but more BPFSL. Add on another 1/2 inch or so to that.

1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)

How long are your breaks between sessions and how many per day?

Hanging has always terrified me, But if you keep updating with your results for someone new to them I might try it
