Routines that have worked for you
Hi, So I am very new to PE and I’ve only been doing it for about 2.5 months and I have recently realized I’ve been drastically over training, But I have found this place and now I’m on the right track, I could not do the newbie routine because of the jelqs but I do have the the quick extender pro, And I’m currently now doing
5 minutes of manual stretching
And 3-4 hours of using the extender in 30-45 minutes intervals.
My question is what has really worked for all of you, I plan on doing this for like 2-3 years but I don’t want this to be something I have to do my entire life, But I am interested in getting my max gains In that time period of time, So what has really worked for all of you?
