Jelqing Always Causes Pain

Define pain.

A small discomfort is it pain for you or you are talking real pain, like I hurt myself without any doubt?

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Light jelqing is not really that much different from masturbating, so the question is, do you have discomfort when you masturbate?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

During jelqing I feel an ache along the left side. After jelqing, I feel ache on left side, soreness along the top near the base, and general overall burning sensations.

I am uncircumcized so I do not use lube.

I have no discomfort when I masturbate.

Hi, so you do dry jelq; do you use the skin like a lube? Or you do a dry jelq like a wet jelq but without the lube?

I use the skin like a lube.

I believe it’s the skin, or you have a more sensitive left cc.

How does one jelq without pain?

Every time I jelq, I feel some discomfort. I am uncircumcized so before I tried dry jelq. Now have been trying jelqing with olive oil.

What I do is hold penis at the base with one hand and jelq with other hand.

I feel a little discomfort while jelqing no matter how lightly I jelq, I jelq for 120 strokes.

The real problem is the time after jelqing is over. I feel pain sensations, burning sensations for about a week so have to take time off.

So my question is this: Has anyone here successfully jelqed without pain, both during and after jelqing?

If so, how did you do it?

Frypup

I believe you are doing jelq-squeezes, very advanced stuff. Dry jelq may not be the best bet for you either, switch to wet jelq.

How to Jelq.

Are you warming up before PE?

Hi Fry.. I agree with Useless.. Wet Jelqs may be the better option going forward. If you are experiencing pain from wet jelq then the option to seek medical care would probably be best.

Yes what you are doing is way too intense.

As for dry jelqs, have a look at the videos we have on site.
The grip does not slide over the skin, but rather slides over the meat of the penis with the skin. So the skin udner your grip is always the same whether you are ending the jelq or you just started it.
Try to focus the pressure on the sides ( = ccs) , with the soft part of the grip (=the web of skin between forefinger and thumb) sliding on the dorsal and middle channel of the penis .

What is your EL when you jelq?

I try to stay less than 50% erect while jelqing.

Ok, so are you saying to just do a dry jelq then?

How is a wet jelq using lube different? Is it becuse in the wet jelq you slide the grip over the skin?.

Frypup

Yes during a wet jelq the fingers slide on the skin, not with it. During a dry jelq the skin slides with the grip on the inner tissues.

Ok, so to be clear, with the wet jelq, the grip slides over the skin, such that the grip is not on the same skin at end of stroke compared to the beginthening of the stroke.

With the dry jelq, the grip is on the same skin throughout the stroke.

If that is the case, I am doing the wet jelq correctly then.

Here is how I do it:

With one hand, hold penis at base.

With the other hand, I slide over the skin from the base to just before the head using an overhand grip..

I take 3 seconds per stroke. I try to perform this as flaccid as possible since I get some pain if more erect.

I try to keep the grip as light as I can while still being able to move blood around.

But even with this, I still feel some discomfort on the left side as grip slides over that area.

But then for days later, even with no further jelqing I feel aches and pains. Last time I jelqed, the dorsal vein at the top by the base was really sore.

So, I am just not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any advice is appreciated.

Frypup.

I experience exactly what you describe every time I start PE again. It’s been happening now for years. I’ve even taken long breaks (up to a year) without pain thinking that it’s healed, but when I start back up I just suffer the same pain, usually followed by dull achy pain on the left side. Seems like inflammation but I don’t know why it continues to be a problem for me
