Jelqing Always Causes Pain

That does not sound good frypup, I suggest you ditch the jelqing for a while.

But let me see, I read your op and you do your “wet ” jelqs, without lube. As memento suggested, it could all be down to the lack of lube and skin pain. You hold the skin at the base so it makes sense that if stretched you would be sore near the base, then your grip slides on the skin wthout lube so you get burning sensations and the skin is irritated.
Try a good amount of olive or coconut oil, shea butter is my favourite and it helps moisturise the skin well.

Also, stop holding the base when you do your jelqs and don’t do them flaccid it would be nonsense imo.

Also. Stick to what your body accepts without pain arising. Honestly if I was in this situation I would not even count my jelqs to reach a goal. Your body tells you when enuf is enuf, not numbers. Try relax more, hell, try enjoy it. Start from scratch and try develop a pain free relaxing technique. Good luck!

I do use lube. I use olive oil.

How is it possible to jelq?

Been trying to jelq and all I get is injury no matter how lightly I jelq. Am frustrated. Don’t understand how anyone can jelq successfully.

Anybody jelq successfully and how did you do it?

The injury is pain that comes and goes on left side.. Sometimes soreness on top by vein near base. Sometimes pains inside head. These will go on for days and finally start to go away after about a week of rest.

It seems to me that jelqing would always produce these symptoms because the blood vessels are covering the penis and jelqing puts pressure on them and they get bruised.

Are you potentially going at it erect? Maybe ease your way into it with lower erection levels. That might help.

I am thinking you are overtraining or putting too much pressure while jelqing.

Cut it some slack.

No, I learned not to do it erect. Last time I jelqed, I was under 50% erect and performed 120 strokes of 3 seconds each.

Last time I tried to go as light as possible and felt ok. But hours later started feeling aches and pains.

Do less, not softer.
