Safe way to jelq

OK I am uncircumcised and primarily jelq downwards because it I easier. I tend to squeeze right behind the glans after each stroke, while jelqing half-way up the shaft before letting go of the squeeze. I repeat this process the whole session. It tends to be fairly intense. Also what are people’s opinions on v-jelqs? I have been trying these out lately but are hard to get the hang of. Is this too advanced or dangerous? I have been PEing off and on for about 3 months.

What does PEing off and on consist of? If you are conditioning your penis properly, v jelqs shouldn’t be an issue but that depends what off/on really means.

Probably done like 3 months of actual PE within maybe a 5 months. Had to take a month off in between. Was just wondering if I should supplement the v-jelqs for regular jelqs. Just wanted to know the opinion on these. The new beginner program I am using has these in them.

You can but it is all about the intensity you apply to your penis when jelqing. You will hear a lot of people talk about using enough pressure to remove honey off a stick. Personally, I apply a little more pressure than that but I watch my PI very closely and have no issues shutting down my jelqing session early.
