Hi everyone, this is my first official post on Thunders. Just wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone for spreading the word of PE.

I’ve always been self-conscious about my penis size, but now after two month’s of PEing, I’ve already gained almost 3/4” in length and just over 1/4” in girth. I’m absolutely ecstatic about it and have a whole new level of confidence.

The only thing more amazing than PE is how great everyone on this forum seems to get along. It’s refreshing to see all of the positive encouragement and helpful attention to the newbies. It makes it so much easier to get started.

I hope to see continual gains and look forward to posting with everyone on the forum.

This is me in case you ever want to know what kind of psycho you're dealing with.

Thanks for the welcoming! My routine so far has been:

-45 minutes of hanging with homemade device. Only 5 pounds so far, but will start adding more weight soon.

-15 minutes wet jelq.

-Wrap with TheraP strap after hanging and jelqing.

I’ve been on a steady routine of 2 days on, 1 day off. I also perform manual stretching or dry jelqing whenever convenient. I’ve setup a log to track my routine, thoughts and measurements. It seems important to know what works for each person.

I have an addictive nature, and worry about spending too much time PEing. Although, there are worse things to be addicted to!

My starting size was 5.5X4.7 BP. I’m now up to 6.2X5, and my 6-month goal is 6.5X5.25.

When I started PE two months ago, I also started dieting. I was about 75 pounds overweight and have lost around 15 pounds so far. I’m hoping that if my fat pad goes down by losing weight, my penis will look bigger in comparison even if the measurements don’t change. I’ve been trying to start dieting for some time now and finding PE gave me the extra motivation I needed to get started.

Welcome and congratulations on such big gains in only 2 months. If you do some checking in the data site I think you’ll find you are one of the fast gainers. I hope that continues for you. With your “addictive” personality as you call it (I’ll say tenacity) you should easily reach your goals.

Just out of curiosity what does the wrap with the theraP strap AFTER hanging and jelqing do? I have not heard of that and am interested.

Hi goingforit, tenacity is a much better word to use!

From my past experiences with bodybuilding, I think wrapping with the theraP strap might help to keep my flaccid state extended during recooperation and rebuilding so that it can rebuild in a longer state. I’ve also seen a few threads with the same assumption and it makes logical sense to me so I’m trying it. Seems to be working good so far.

Thanks for the encouraging words regarding my gains. I was very skeptical when I started PE and am excited to see these early gains. I do contribute some of the gains to losing 15 pounds. I’m very careful in the method I use to measure, but losing some of my fat pad might contribute to a longer BP length. Unfortunately, I haven’t measured NBP because I didn’t think it would be accurate. I will start measuring NBP so I can decide if my gains are due solely to PE or PE and losing weight.

Either way, my penis looks bigger to me and I feel great about it. Thanks again for your encouraging words!

Maybe. A fairly thin ruler should be less affected by pubic fat than something such as a book or dowel that presents more surface area.
