Scared To Start Routine

I’m scared to start a routine because of something that happened over two years ago when I did stretching and jelqing I’m still experiencing cold flaccid penis and certain spots on my penis are sore when pressed . I haven’t been able to get to a urologist because of this virus going on, I had an appointment but they had to cancel. I need to do something to get my size bigger it’s depressing me I’ve been trying angion methods for a long time with no results .

Don’t start a routine.

I did but urologist said if I can get erections then I’m fine he said it’s not worth doing any tests but obviously something happened because I never in my life felt my penis cold untill I stretched and did jelqing so I requested another appointment to try get tests done but then this virus happened.

I’ve just been thinking though even if they find something wrong Im doubting there is even anything they would be able to do , they would probably just want me to rest and wait which I have done for over two years.

In this case, cardio and diet should be focus number one, vitamins intake.

Search for healing diet, healing foods, sth wrong isn’t right here.

I also agree with Titleist not to start untill you are 100%

I already do cardio 2-3 times a week jogging and sprinting and walk two - three hours everyday, I don’t smoke or drink alcohol, my diet is good apart from occasionally some junk food I take daily b complex , citrulline daily , I’ve been taking Cialis daily for about a year and half now hoping it would help with healing due to increased blood flow . I take fish oil and evening primrose oil since using these two I’ve never had hard flaccid, hard flaccid is something I was suffering for years even before this “injury” . I don’t think rest and waiting is going to help .

I also take magnesium daily and occasional zinc

Dude, tough one. Have you tried low pressure pumping or low weight hanging? Gotta watch the PI’s.

Gotta wait for the more experienced ones.

No I haven’t tried any of these , I’m just too worried to try incase something else happens because whenever I feel this coldness It makes me feel bad because I know it’s not normal for there to be coldness

You’re right, try pumping 5 minutes at low pressure 5hg recommended, see how it goes, if ok, increase time little by little, heat is also a great ally.
