Sciatic nerve pain

Sciatic nerve pain

Hi guys,

I experience some sciatic nerve pain down my leg when doing some basic penis stretches.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this ? If so, how did they go about remedying it ?

Regards,
Ghost

I’ve had sciatic nerve pain, and it’s a bitch! But it had nothing to do with PE. I can’t help but wonder if maybe you changed your position while PEing? Are you sitting down? Standing? Which exercises are you doing when the pain hits? Does it happen at other times? Does the pain subside when you finish PE? Give us a little more info and maybe we can puzzle this out.

Good to hear from you, the pain began several years ago from a deadlift injury which caused a bulging disk.

It’s completely recovered, but only appears when I pull on my penis from either a standing or sitting position(every angle). The problem doesn’t seem to arise as much when I jelq/squeeze. I’ve tried some yoga stretches which where recommended by a senior member.

I’m considering cutting stretching out altogether as I don’t want to aggravate this/cause eq issues. The pain does subside mostly when I stop the exercises.

Any suggestions ?

Have you tried stretching while lying down? It seems that the problem must be stemming from the way your body is torquing while you’re pulling on your penis, although I don’t see why. It would seem more likely that it could cause strain on the upper back since, at least in my case, the stretching involves more shoulder than back muscles. Man, I don’t know. Let’s see if some of our more anatomically knowledable members chime in.

I suffer occasionally from sciatica but not related to PE. I find stretching exercises focussed on the back abdomen and legs definitely work as a preventative.

All those nerves and vascular tissues tie into the same place within the body. Stretching your penis puts stress on the pudendal nerve and veins which can also pressure an old injury that has never healed properly. Continuing to stretch your penis is likely going to hurt that area. Ice and heat will help.

In your case, lower back.
