Ever since she put out a video suggesting the Penuma Implant was a potential solution for penis enlargement, I lost a lot of respect for her work. In her defense, I have not seen any recent videos where she may have retracted or clarified her remarks. Also like many before her, she may have been swayed by the deception involved with the all the "FDA talk" that often confuses newcomers to the nightmare associated with that rigid silicone implant. Not exactly the best defense, but I’m willing to give her the benefit of the doubt (despite having searched her YouTube library prior to posting this with no luck).
In just the comment just 2 posts above me by tbone350, Dr. Malik discusses the validity of stretching devices (in a 23 second clip likely designed to be TikTok / YouTube Shorts friendly) and mentions a study but the description of her video found on YouTube cites no such study. I find that a bit irresponsible. I mean, I am a believer in traction for length, but it does her (and this area of study) a disservice when mentioning a study as a Medical Doctor without actually providing citation. She also calls this the "safest" method but also alludes to it requiring multiple hours a day. Then goes on to say "not to over do it"… but how can that be adequately quantified? Since the study was not linked/provided, how much tension should be placed on an organ that isn’t a muscle? And when she says many hours a day, does that mean 3 hours, 6 hours, or what? Shouldn’t she be a bit more specific if she’s going to impart advice on an organ she doesn’t possess so that men don’t mistakenly injure themselves?
And on two separate videos when she discusses penile injections, she keeps citing Vaseline, mineral oil, and cod oil??? I mean, these are really archaic methods, most underground scenes now focus largely on silicone oil (which is terrible), and how is she not privy to this instead? As I continue browsing her library, she seems completely oblivious to the advancements made in male enhancement today (i.e. dermal fillers) or refinements made in methods of the past (i.e. surgical grafts).
No disrespect to her, but I find the gaps in information, especially as it pertains to male sexual topics, as glaringly uneven.
Oh and for those who may not know, I also Moderate a PE Site, but one devoted to the topic of surgical and (medical) non-surgical elective male enhancement, and have done so for well over a decade. In that time, I’ve learned a lot not only through countless patients who’ve undergone procedures, but many Physicians who have been advancing the industry since. So my criticisms of Dr. Malik come from a place rooted deeply in knowledge. I would love for her to at least review her take on the Penuma, and speak of penis injections as more than "cod oil" done by what I’d imagine are unhinged individuals.
Heck, I’ve thought about reaching out to her to discuss matters on the PhalloBoards as it is the only site dedicated to the topic that would connect Penis Enlargement and Urology, but her past videos have given me pause. I really hope in the future, if she ever comes across my comments, as nothing more than a genuine concern that misinformation isn’t proliferated unintentionally, and that she be willing to talk frankly. She seems to mean well, I just think there may be an extent to which a woman can relate to penile-related matters, much the same way men can study pregnancy but never truly appreciate (or relate) carrying for 9 months on a developmental, visceral, and hormonal level.
Hopefully as many of the Sponsors of the PhalloBoards (and even ethical non-Sponsors around the World) become increasingly successful with modern methodologies, she’ll pick up on these undeniable trends and give them the proper analysis/review they deserve. I wouldn’t normally care, but she seems to have a pretty big following on YouTube, so her commentary matters, and for me, so does the truth/facts.
