I only became aware of the site about 6 months ago via discussions on “Betterman,” but never really followed any internet-based PE boards, or only in a casual manner.

Oh. And how you learnt about hanging? And what kind of hanger have you used?

I was introduced to PE in college by my roommate, we originally used bungee chords and strapped them to our bed springs. We had five different diameters of chords to gradually increase the resistance, I guess it was more stretching at the beginning. The next semester a buddy from across the hall let us have a number of his weight plates and we fashioned some fulcrum hanging with pulleys anchored on our bookshelves. It was rather amusing since we designed the system to work interdependently with our legs, when someone came in the room it was easy enough to roll over on our sides and pretend we were doing leg raises. We cut up an old wetsuit to fashion harness collars for the penis, it was quite the shop project but very effective.

Your roommate? How old are you, out of curiosity? And how your roommate learnt about hanging and PE?

I never tried it but I think it is good. A vac-ads is even more simple to make, and very comfortable.

I think I got most of my length gains from doing fowfers. It’s cheaper than hanging :)

I’m fowfering as I speak, while wearing a ballzinger II.
