Semi Erect Bends Routine Recommendations
Hey, gents. I posted on here a few months ago about starting a clamping routine and my pursuit of girth. While I got decent expansion from clamping, a 3 month measurement yields very little if any effects. I am considering this may be due to tight tunica.
I decided to switch gears a little and focus on stretching that tunica with O bends. At the moment, I’m going every other day to every 2 days with 6 sets for 30 second holds.
If anyone has any advice on a good routine as far as implementing these with other exercises, I’d appreciate it. My hope is that once the tunica is stretched over a few months, I’ll move back into clamping and see if I can get some permanent gains.
Below is my current routine:
Rice sock warmup: 5 min
Bundled stretches: 5 min
Bathmate (low pressure): 5 min
O Bends (30 seconds): 6 sets
Bathmate (full pressure): 12 min
