Setting goals?
Is it reasonable to set goals within a timeframe? I know that everyone is different so it would be hard to calculate but I plan on measure every month. The first month I am only expecting to see maybe 0.1 inch gains. Is this reasonable? I have a list of my goals or expectations. Do you think they are reasonable? I am only doing manual PE exercises. Currently I am very small, 5 inch NBPL, and 4 inch girth. Do you think these are too high? What did you experience and what would be more reasonable?
1 month - +0.1 inch length, +.1 inch girth (5.1” length, 4.1” girth)
2 months - +0.2 inch length, +.1 in girth (5.3” length, 4.2” girth)
3 - +0.1 inch length, + 0 in girth (5.4” length, 4.2” girth) (Predicting a slight plateau)
4 - +0.0 inch length, + 0 in girth (5.4” length, 4.2 girth)
5- +0.3 inch length, + 0.2 in girth (5.7” length, 4.4” girth)
6 - +0.2 inch length, + 0.3 in girth (5.9” length, 4.7” girth)
