I frequently find myself after my routine(2months on and off) masturbating or having sex or getting a bj from my girlfriend is this bad for gains or good? I have noticed definite response I can stay hard for 45 mins no prob feels thicker and longer and with kegels feels like I can push it out further while I’m inside. So I feel like its working but id hate to keep doing this and find out its hurting my gains. I have looked for a definitive answer here and on other forums and found nothing so I decided to ask here. Ty in advance.

This has been asked many times over. Explore the search function a little more fully, and make sure you are seeing all results, not just results from a certain time period (such as in the past month, or the like). Check the advanced search settings just to make sure you’re seeing all of the threads.

After you are sure you have a search of the whole forum, do some reading in the threads, and decide for yourself what you think is the truth. Personally, I don’t think it makes sense for it to make a difference. But others differ. Don’t expect a definitive answer either way. I think it’s just one of those things where you have to do the reading, “experiment” a little, and decide for yourself.

Hmm… Does masturbation hinder gains? I don’t think that’s ever been discussed here. You my friend are a breath of fresh air.

It may have been the spelling of masturbation that limited your search results.

I think you’re having trouble finding a definitive answer because there actually isn’t one yet. It’s still a topic of lots of theory and discussion.

The “Does Sex/Masturbation Hinder Gains” Debate

My personal experience says that if your routine is near the maximum beating that your dick can take without overworking it, than edging/masturbating/having sex right after the routine would probably be enough to push you over the edge.
If you feel that’s your case, the safest bet is to reduce the repetitions (or time) of the exercises you’re doing by 10-20% and you’ll be fine.

That’s my personal experience though, your dick could be different!

I don’t think it has any negative affect. Think it out scientifically.. Why would it?

I do not know if it has negative effect or not. But if you avoid masturbation, then you’re sure you can’t get any negative effects.

I try to avoid masturbation, but sex and BJs no way I’m turning that down! I usually have a bigger fuller hang after sex and BJs but not after masturbation.
