Shaft too hard to jelq???

There is this thing that I have been wondering about. When my penis is erect, the shaft gets really hard (duh), but I mean REALLY hard. My english is bad, but I will try to explain. When I jelq, the hard part inside the penis is so hard that its doesnt really get bigger when I jelq towards the top. I mean, I suppose you should be able to feel that top of the shaft gets more engorged and a little larger when you slowly force the blood up towards the head, but the only thing that is affected is the “outer layer” I.E. the skin and the veins and the fluids there, and the head of the penis ofc. The hard part inside the shaft stays the same size. I know that you are not supposed to jelq when fully erect, but most of the time I dont have any choice.

Does it make any difference jelqing although the part inside stays the same size?

Just like you said, you’re not supposed to jelq while fully erect. You do have a choice. Just let it subside and start again, if it happens again……rinse, wash, and repeat. Might take you a lot longer and not as consistent but eventually it will just stay semi engorged and not fully erect.
