Sharing recent experience

For some years I have been practicing PE ( I guess I should have started in 2008 ) , where earlier in the newbie rotine basically practiced for a few months and stopped .
I do not remember well but I think when I started was 12.5 cm ( 4.92 ” ) NBPEL and today I have 14cm NBPEL .
I returned to practice for some months ago, but infrequently , and now I’m back with everything already has a 3 months.
I was a bit desperate for gains until last month and this month , I began to make a more specific routine.
I am still in a very basic routine , but this week I started to notice a difference.
What I’m doing is :
At lunch time , after I finish eating I usually sit for 30 minutes and in that time, I ‘m doing stretching BTC , but rather than be left holding hands, I hold the stretch my legs for penis stretched and I go to bed .
When 30min pass, I move it only for circulation to return to normal.
Around 5:30 PM I started newbie routine again , with 4min heating , stretching 15min and 10min jelq .
What I want to share is that my view may be that this elongation of 30min followed BTC may be improving performance gains .
And this week I started taking L- Arginine 500mg tablet
