Shopping bag hanging method with 8 KG.
I have been using the shopping bag hanger method by using my bag pack with 8 kg of weights in it. I have been doing this for a few weeks now and have noticed an increase in my flaccid length. However, the length of my erection has not increased. I always make sure that the tension is on my penis and not on the wrist I’m holding the bag in.
I would do 5 to 6 sets of hangs and each set would be 90 seconds due to heavy weight. I chose to go heavier so that lesser time will be spent hanging. I would do S2S as warm ups.
Advice and suggestions are welcomed. I’ll take any help I need as my measurements are below average
