I’ve been after girth for some time now. I’ve had very little progress. I was curious what people find their girth is immediately after a pumping session. Of course I want permanent progress but if I could get even just temporary girth gains, so I can better pleasure my girlfriend it would be worth it to buy one. Is it the same expansion as I experience jelqing? I’ve tried searching online and I can only seem to find marketing materials and whether or not pumping actually works.

Most of people lose EQ after pumping even with low volume pumping.
If you use a cock ring after lets say 5 mins of pumping then you may be able to hold the erection better.
In my case after pumping and with a cock ring I am adding a sex temporary girth of 0,5cm and zero length.

Jelqing with slow and light intensity though it gave me a 1,5cm girth gain and a lot bigger glans in about 1 year.
I was jelqing 20mins 5days/week.

Everyone is responding so differently when it comes in PE methods that I am really thinking sometimes “whats the reason of the forums”

I find the forums very useful, even just for things like this. I wanted to buy a pump so that sex in the short term would be better but after seeing your response, it seems like it might be a waste of money and to just continue with my long term goals and routines.

yes BUT if you don t try it out to see how YOUR dick responds to pumping… you will never know.

This is why I have come to a point that I really can t understand why we are posting questions in PE forums.

Everybody responds soooooooooooooo different in every method that any question and every answer is of no use

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Section. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

A conditioned dick responds better to pumping than starting right off with pumping.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

When I pump for 20 minutes at 5 hg, I usually gain an additional 1/2.” If I pump for 45 minutes at 4 hg, I can sometimes increase my girth by 3/4,”

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

I appreciate the advice Warren but I’ve actually been on Thunders and practicing for a couple of years now. I’ve done the full newbie routine and then some. I’ve just never gained much in girth although I’ve never pumped or clamped. Mainly just the newbie routine and then hanging after I completed that. I just haven’t posted enough to be able to post in anything but the beginner forum.

When pumping is not over done and your patient, it can definitely help with EQ. Matter of fact most user report better EQ when starting a pump routine.

I think PE is a art was speaking on behalf of your EQ right after a routine, which can sometimes not be the best. But overall, pumping can help amazingly with EQ and overall penis health.

Personally for me, after about 4 hours of my pump session, my EQ is amazing and for the rest of the day, still with slight temp gains of course. Right after a session, it won’t be perfect. It is still slightly fatigued. But it always comes back great 4+ hours later.

I suggest you look into it. It’s great for penis health in general. Better blood flow, nocturnal erections, help build stamina, etc. I suggest short pump sessions of 5 min with 2-3 InHg pressure. Start off with two 5 min sessions a day maybe two on 1 off and slowly incorporate more sessions. You can get a Leluv cylinder off amazon for 30 bucks, a pump and gauge for 20, and be ready to go.

Yes, but a pump.
Even if you don’t use it right away, you will eventually.

For girth, get a tube that’s got a bigger diameter than your EG.

Pumping is making the EQ worst for some people.
Pumping is improving EQ for some people.

In my case , I have perfect EQ without pumping and when I am pumping even 3mins on 3hg or 3 mins with just 1 pump on the bathmate , my eq is going bad and my flaccid is turtled for 2 days. The same thing was happening to Sparky x (if you read his posts).

So that s why I said that if someone will not test a method he can t know how his dick responses to it.

On the other hand… Jelqing is making my dick having huge eq and huge flaccid and it is giving me huge girth gains.
Some people are jelqing and they don t have any benefits…

So everyone is so different that without personal testing is impossible to know what will happen to them.

If I pump to much and with to much Hg my EQ is really bad. With lower Hg (4) and 3x10 min my EQ is ok after a couple of ours.

It honestly depends on who you are and how conditioned you are for it. Pumping gives me insane EQ even when I’m right out of the tube. I use water and coconut oil so my skin typically feels a bit looser/softer but the actual chambers and tissues are always hard as a rock, and my veins are more pronounced including veins that are not normally even there.

Understandably everyone will have a different reaction, but Lunar as long as you don’t pump for 40+ minutes straight then go try and bang you should be fine. If you’ve never pumped I would recommend just even 5-10 minutes in the beginning before sex. It’s not much but even worse case 1mm is 1mm and over time you can easily get 1/2 inch and still be hard as a rock.

Thanks for all the advice. I would be insanely happy with even a temporary 1/2 inch. I’m very jealous Pe_is_an_art, I wish I could get great gains just from Jelqing! I’ve been jelqing pretty regularly for 2 years now and have gotten zero girth from it.

Hi there 👋

I’m new to pumping and have an automatic electric pump.

I’ve only used it twice but have a couple of questions if that’s ok?

My pump has 3 settings, low , medium and high. On the instructions I guess it’s not overly clear and basically says to pump and then leave for 10 seconds, release the vacuum and then cycle through again and repeat this for 10 mins

But I see people saying about staying in for 10, 15 and 20 mins at a time. I get that these are more experienced users and I’m only just beginning but leaving it in the vacuum for 10 seconds doesn’t seem enough.

I was wondering whether I should find a vacuum level I’m comfortable with , hold it in that vacuum for say 5 minutes and build up from there?

I hope this makes sense and just wanting to make sure I’m using it in the most beneficial way.

Any help would be greatly received.

Girth expansion post pump can be much more than jelqing.

It is very easy to gain an inch to erect circumference if you’re okay with it being mostly edema and pumping for long periods of time.

You can pump to get significant temporary CC expansion as well, though it may be hidden under edema.

Pumping is an easy way to gain girth in my experience. Clamping seems to be faster, but comes with too many drawbacks for my taste and pumping girth gains aren’t much slower.
