Hey guys!
I am really happy to have found this forum. I have tried PE on and off for years but stuck to pumping because it was something that gave instant results and was easy and even pleasurable to perform.

I have been pumping for years but never gotten permanent results and I think I need to change up my routine. I would be extremely grateful if some experienced pumpers could have a look.

My routine is very simple, I just try to get an ok erection (its kind of hard to get great erections when you’re not aroused), then I simply start pumping (air) at around 5-10 HG (my meter is broke) for about 10-20 minutes depending on how much time I got. After I’ve finished pumping I put on an elastic cock ring that I wear pretty much 24/7, except when I pump. This gives me confidence that my temporary gains will last until the next pumping session.

I always get fluids when I pump, especially under the glands. My dick is never super hard when erect, but its bigger though, I’ve always thought that its the price you have to pay.

I am thrilled that there is a pumping forum here, but I can’t post there yet. I have checked for information, but the problem is that there are over 10 years of information there and its kind of overwhelming. The more I read, the more confused I get. Pumping with condoms? High pressure pumping? Low pressure pumping? Pumping with water? Dry pumping? Heated pumping? Its too much.

I know that this may be asking much but it would be great if someone who’s been here for a while and been active in the pumping forum could tell me a little about what methods that seem to work the best for hard erections (not the fluffy ones with fluid I get now) and permanent gains. I just need an easy routine that I can start following until I’ve been able catch up on all the info on pumping.

First off it sounds like you are way over pumping. You are showing negative PIs and not backing off. Get a pump with a working gauge. Start with every other day or a 2 on 1 off program. 10 minute sessions at 3hg and increase only 1 minute per week if PIs are good. Stop with the rings for a while and just get reset and healthy. You can do this. For most people, less is more.

I recommend edging after every pumping session. It will help with your erections as well as removing the fluid build up.

Thanks for the replies guys. I will get a new pump asap and start doing some edging.
Do you have any advice as for the routine? What kind of warming up would you recommend? I never apply heat, mainly because its a bit inconvenient for me living the way I do at the moment to heat up rice socks every morning, will a heat pad do? For how long time should I apply heat? Should I try to keep applying it during the pumping session?

Yes, use a heating pad and wrap it around the cylinder.

Listen to your dick as far as your routine. If you can’t get erect easily after your routine, you’ve done too much.

Thanks! I would like to know though, what does erect easily mean? I get ok erections if I am having sex or getting a bj etc, the only problem is that the fluid buildup makes the erection a bit “spongy”. But I can’t get a super hard woody if I am not aroused and try to get it hard anyways for no real reason at all. What I mean is that I can get hard when I am supposed to be hard.

I use my imagination to get erections for edging. If you’ve got that much fluid, lower your time and pressure.

About edging, is it safe to do it without cumming at the end? I mean lets say you reach the ponr 4 times and then just stop. Will it affect your prostate or anything else?

It’s perfectly safe. It’s recommneded to release 1-2 times a week. I don’t but many say it’s healthy.

Thanks! I will set up my routine as follows:

5 min warmup with firegoat rolls and heatpad.
10 min heated pumping
Edging session

2 days on, 1 day off.

Wish me luck :D

I unload as often as possible with a woman. I try like hell not to alone! It seems to affect gains for me.
