This is what ive experienced while doing kegel exercise. When i masturbate a day before i do kegels,the next day i do the exercise i cant hold them longer than 4 seconds.When i go like a week without masturbating.I seem to be able to hold the kegels longer during the exercise,like 10 seconds. Since im a beginner im thinking if youre gonna kegel and youre new to the exercise dont masturbate until your kegels are very strong.If not the exercise is pointless. Im thinking about doing this for myself.Im thinking about just quitting this kegel shit,it doesnt seem to be working for me honestly,im on my 4th week.

Can’t see what masturbating has to do with the strength of your PC muscle. If you find it difficult holding a kegel hard for 10 seconds, then it is pretty damn weak, and you should keep exercising it.

Look, all you need to do is this: Contract the muscle as hard as poss and hold for 3secs then release. Repeat for 10-20min as you watch the tv. You should not be erect, and do not contract your abs. Do this twice per week, like sat and wed. This is all I did, and let me tell you after only a few months it totally changed my ease of getting erections and maintaining them for as long as I want. Now I only need to kegel once per week to keep it strong (not counting any Edgeing which is done with sex).
