Hey all , I just had a quick question.

Back round:
I’ve been PEing with the newbie routine for the past month - month and a half and have gained very minimally but at least have made some gains. My penis is still on the short side with average / small girth.

Now here’s the question; I’ve been consistently jelqing for 30 minutes a day 2 on , 1 off for break. I really have been cautious to not overdo it and to ease myself into PEing so that I don’t injure myself or permanently make my penis damaged. But now I’ve come to a crossroads where I have plenty of time to do ADS or hang but I’m fearful that after jelqing for 30 minutes that hanging “might” be overdoing it.

I’d love to start I’m just very unsure if I should do :
One day jelqing, one day hanging, one day break.
Or just combine the two onto one day and do 2 days of both.

No, jelqing with hanging is recommended and some have even said they did not gain with hanging if they weren’t jelqing in combination. I would also try and hang everyday if not everyday only one day off and use an ADS too. When it comes to length, more is more. Just keep your weight lo when starting out, read all the hanging stickie threads in the hanging forum and follow it to a T.

I can safely recommend that you do minimal jelqing (maybe 30-50 jelqs after each set) maximum each day, to focus on length before girth. Girth makes length HARD to gain man, trust me. Get it long, then thick. Hanging will thicken you out anyway.

Why not complete the 3 month routine, then start looking into adding to your overall routine?

Guy I was considering hanging but I have one question. The gain that I have made using my 30 min jelq routine can be easily maintained by 15 jelqs a day. If I make gains by doing hanging, does that mean that I would have to continue doing it all my life or will it be maintained with manual stretches?

In my opinion and experience, Yes you can maintained the cemented gains of hanging with manual stretching and/or with wearing an ADS, like PE weights.
More over you can still make more gains when you switch from hanging to manual stretching.

I second ironaddict69 reply, very well put. With hanging you need to jelq after your sets to restore blood circulation. The two goes hand and in hand.

But anyway I was thinking along the lines of jelqing for a half hour then hanging 20 minutes on 10 minutes off ( I’ve read a couple of stickies about hanging and ADS) and do that 2-3 hours a day.

Does that seem alright?

Do not wet jelq before, the tissues will get sore. Here is what I do. I hang for 20 minute sets. I jelq about 30 times. I hang again if it has been at least 5-10 minutes, and I repeat that over and over. I wet jelq sometimes at the end of the day to make more veins and keep them thick and flowing with blood.
