Should I jelq and hang or is that overdoing it
Hey all , I just had a quick question.
Back round:
I’ve been PEing with the newbie routine for the past month - month and a half and have gained very minimally but at least have made some gains. My penis is still on the short side with average / small girth.
Now here’s the question; I’ve been consistently jelqing for 30 minutes a day 2 on , 1 off for break. I really have been cautious to not overdo it and to ease myself into PEing so that I don’t injure myself or permanently make my penis damaged. But now I’ve come to a crossroads where I have plenty of time to do ADS or hang but I’m fearful that after jelqing for 30 minutes that hanging “might” be overdoing it.
I’d love to start I’m just very unsure if I should do :
One day jelqing, one day hanging, one day break.
Or just combine the two onto one day and do 2 days of both.
