Should I "Pump" blood before each jelq ?

Should I “Pump” blood into my penis before each jelq ?

Basically kegel blood into my penis before each rep.

That’s a slightly more advanced form of jelqing. Check How to Jelq for more variations. It can be a useful addition to allow you to keep jelqing for longer before having to regain your erection and as you advance it can be useful to increase the overall effect of every stroke.

Obviously be careful as you start but experiment to see what works for you. It’s pretty easy to blow a blood vessel if you push things too hard and maybe you don’t know where that line is yet. If you kegel in blood maybe reduce the grip strength slightly until you are confident you know the extremes of what the kegel might do. Part of this stuff is experimentation though.

Gains lie in the area between not enough work and so much you cause injury. If there was an ability to describe that sweet spot adequately enough that everyone could understand it would save a lot of posts :)
