Then the newbie routine is really the perfect thing for you. Do it for a few weeks, and spend that time reading and researching as much as you can. There are a ton of different ways to do PE and none of them a proven by science. Even within this community there are a lot of different opinions so ultimately you will have to figure out what you want to do and how to do it.

If you are lucky, you might even gain from the newbie routine, if not, you will at least prepare your penis for more advanced PE.

Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

If your penis isn’t already conditioned to the stressors that come along with penis enlargement (PE) exercises, trying them all at once (regardless of routine) is probably not a great idea, and will likely make you more susceptible to injury. As others have mentioned, check out the Newbie Routine and don’t allow a lack of any initial progress tempt you to increase intensity, frequency, and/or variation until you’ve really gotten a feel for this all.
