Should I Use All PE Methods At Once?
I havnt started any PE yet. I’m confused about when to implement the different modalities. Could someone give me a basic outline off all the methods I should use and when the start them?
I’d like to start stretching the suspensory ligament. Should I be doing length stretching and pumping on top of that? I assume it’s not ideal to stack it all at once but I really don’t know.
