Should I Use All PE Methods At Once?

I havnt started any PE yet. I’m confused about when to implement the different modalities. Could someone give me a basic outline off all the methods I should use and when the start them?

I’d like to start stretching the suspensory ligament. Should I be doing length stretching and pumping on top of that? I assume it’s not ideal to stack it all at once but I really don’t know.

You’ll get initial gains from either one.In my experience you have a limited amount of gains in length because you’re just stretching the material you have. length stretching will do just that stretch for length and you’ll get decent gains in length with no compromise in girth but pumping in my case (could be due to dimensions of pump) will give you temporary girth gains which is fun and not compromise original length but can compromise gained length.

Has anyone written a program for this? Seems to be a lot of theories without and specifics on sets, reps, and periodization.

I personally went right into hanging. Check out Hanging with Fire by 5.5 Squared and Longer stretch about the importance of deconditioning breaks. I personally do 3weeks on followed by two weeks off.

Newbie routine 100% agree 3-4 months make sure your wearing a sleeve after each stretch you can do pumping/girth stuff too but as a beginner just know do lengthening exercises first before girth best of gains!

Overall the vets and most of us here say do the newbie routine first, even the threads that talk about hanging say it should be done AFTER the newbie routine.

I know some go straight to hanging. The issue is that if you are asking questions about "sets and reps" you clearly don’t know about hanging or PE to even start. Newbie is the best way to get to know the D. I was on this forum for 6 months before even understanding pumping, I have 300 posts in 9 month of being active on this forum and still don’t know enough about hanging to even start. So I hope that puts it in perspective why we want you to know months about research before starting.

I wanna be thorough in my understanding before I start doing shit to my dick. That being said, I do want to get started asap. I’ll do the newbie routine but It would be nice to fast track though with some kind of cheat sheet.

It’s an interesting question, but I personally think that if you start doing exercises only for length and nothing for girth, you’ll have damn problems later on gaining penis width. I’m still of the opinion that combining is the best exercise, but with an emphasis on length.

I train as follows: on the day when I do manual stretching exercises and jelqing, I still add penis pumping for 10 minutes, then the next time I add an extender for 3 hours, of course, with breaks in between, which means I wear it for 1 hour at a time. I think this is the best combination

Only natural! With so many people here getting the best of is not only recommended but amazing. That said, you will have to read through atleast 60-100 hrs on these thread, weed out what you think works and what does not. The only fast track there is in PE is knowing that this is a marathon and not a sprint. If you expect certain gains in 1 year add another year. If you are not willing to do that, you will overdue one PE method and then get injured. The only Fast track is not injuring yourself and seeing what method is best for you.

If I were your coach I would say,

Get a NIR+Red Pad
Start the newbie routine lightly
After 3 months consider another PE method, once you are on this forum for 3 months, you will be so happy you didn’t start everything at once.

Also, a lot of guys get really great gains on the newbie routine. Some keep getting them for a long time, so just because they are called ‘newbie’ doesn’t mean you can’t go a long way with them.

Not saying you should or shouldn’t focus on the newbie routine, just pointing out that the name can understate the value of those exercises.
