Should I use the angion method?

I was looking at old threads and I saw this one on this “Angion Method” designed to promote blood flow. Is it worth a try and what benefits can I expect? I think that would be awesome if I can skyrocket my eq.

You should try whatever it is you feel comfortable with. We try to steer guys towards some form of a newbie routine for safety. It’s actually two fold since it also allows you to get a better understanding of PE. The AM and it’s poster boy are on YouTube if you have questions about it. I don’t think your get many answers here at TP on AM.

This might not be too relevant to this thread, but in other threads you’ve said that you’ve had a lot of on and offs in your PE journey. Maybe this could explain your huge gains because you might get unconditioned to the exercises by taking long brakes.

I believe the AM to be fancy edging. Not sure you will find any growth in it, but EQ gains are possible, especially if you are currently not firing at a 10 and have room for improvement.

Although I’m not speaking from experience, it’s very good for maximizing your erection quality. The methods are also more gentle compared to traditional PE. Some people seem to also gain size that’s not only from erection quality.

Rather dumb yes, but I’ve been observing the subreddit where there are guys doing the exercises, and the noticeable improvement of erection quality is something basically everyone who does things properly gets. Or certainly claims to get.

The community is a wee-bit cultish, and Janus goes too far in deeming traditional PE as something ineffective, but I do agree with his notion about there being more risks of injury with traditional PE, as someone who’s currently recovering from a weird manual stretching induced injury.

Considering guys with mild forms of ED, or low EQ in general, I think his techniques could really change things.

You think his recent routines involving rolling wheels in electric drills and karate chopping your dick are less risky than traditional PE !

To a extend I consider all edging being a plain masturbation not PE. Anyways gains in EQ can be expected.

I love it when people make claims or statements while disregarding others personal experience with something like gains from traditional PE.
