Should I wait with jelqing
I am currently using a jes extender about 4-6 hours a day 7 days a weak.. I have been using it for about 2 months and have seen gains..
I am looking to grow in both girth and length.. Now should I only use the jes until I reach my length goal and then start doing the girth work.. (Jelqing and clamping).
Or should I use the extender and also put in a jelq routine?
I am going to wait with clamping until I reach my length goal.. Or at least when I am near it.
