Should I warm up after stretching?

Should I warm up after stretching?

Some routines say that you should implement warming up, not only before you start but also after stretches before you head into jelqing.

What are your thoughts on this? Is there any point to this, or does it help expiate gains?

You should aim for keep the same temperarure during all the session, i do not know which is the ideal temperature measured in degrees, but well that shall give you an idea, if you notice your penis is getting too “cold“ try adding some hot again, it’ll help the appropiate blood flow and nutrients/wastes exchange.

If you do warm up that is before and/or during stretching.

You can do it after if you feel discomfort.

I have read this all over this forum, however, Titleist was the first person I learned it from and his routine re-enforcement of the importance of heat, for me and so many others, has further drove the point home.

I have followed the heating philosophy and always implement it before/during/after a PE session. My expansion in the tube has been phenomenal due to it. It was a huge difference the very first time I wrapped my tube with a hearing pad and the first time I water pumped with very warm water.
