Should there be any pain with bathmate?

Should there be any pain with bathmate?

Hello I tried bathmate for the first time today. I tried it flaccid as some information I read says try it flaccid to begin. I did not leave the vaccum pressure for long periods of time. Questions below

How much pain should be involved, part of the reason I didn’t use it was because it started to hurt. Is pain normal while in pump or would their be no pain.

After I start pumping the chamber is no longer filled with water. Does that make sense is the actual pumping and hold in the vacuum done at at 50-60% water in the chamber?

No, it shouldn’t hurt, and it shouldn’t be allowing air inside. Shave or at least trim all body/pubic hair in the area the base rests against. It has to form a watertight seal, and it cannot if it is blocked by hair. As far as the pain goes, you will have to be more specific. Where does it hurt and how? It shouldn’t ever hurt. Over time I got so used to my bathmate I would pump for up to forty minutes at a time. No pain. But I don’t recommend trying it. You mostly just get a lot of lymph fluid built up under the skin, which is useless.

There should be no pain involved. You should pump until you feel slight discomfort and then back off slightly.

Agreed.

No. Put it away and get real pumping device that allows you to monitor pressure.

Agreed it is extremely important to know what pressure your pumping at.

Busy Building a big dick with AM 2.

I cannot speak to the Bathmate specifically, but in general after a stressful PE session, I sometimes (not often) have a weird type of pain that actually feels good when I’m erect and having sex or masturbating. I compare it to the painful pleasure you feel when having a hard back massage. This is not encouragement for you to seek pain, though. I am saying that I have experienced a weird sub-category of pain that doesn’t alarm me.

It should remain full of water. The only air would be potentially at the very top, a small bubble of air.

You can go in flaccid. I have tried both flaccid, semi-hard, and fully hard. I prefer semi-hard for the first 2 sets and fully hard for the final set. This is a personal preference and it really doesn’t matter. I just like how it feels, which is not painful.

The first few times I did it, I remember it being a little painful honestly. I did overdo it a bit though. The pain was primarily at the base where the suction was formed though, not anywhere along the shaft or head. Later, when more experienced, I would sometimes feel pain at the very head as my glans is very large and would expand more than any other part. This was a light stinging and easily ignored, but probably a sign that I’d pumped to far.

After the bathmate, I switched to an airpump with a gauge. I do still like the bathmate, but I prefer the air pump as it’s just easier to use and I don’t have to waste an hour taking a bath. It feels more…scientific?…as you can pump to specific pressures and treat it more like an exercise (6hg, 7hg, 8hg, done)

Hello,

Thanks for all the advice I will consider getting an air pump with a gauge but since I already invested in this one I will put a bit more effort into it before changing.

To answer the question of pain it seemed like in the head or upper shaft.

After I had some red marks and some of the small veins looked red. I haven’t used it since and that was 3 days ago.

Regarding the air I don’t think air was inside it the seal seemed proper. I just meant that when you pump it sends the water out and then about half the water is gone. Is that the proper way to use it?

Thanks!

Don’t listen to these Bathmate naysayers. I have a Hercules model, which I gained enough with I had to jump to the X40. Anybody paying any kind of attention at all to how their dick feels will be fine. It sounds like you are doing it correctly to me. You get about three or so pumps, and then you have reached maximum vacuum. I suggest just doing two pumps, waiting a few, maybe five minutes, and giving it another pump. Possibly two. When I started using mine I would only give it two good pumps, and just leave it like that for ten minutes. Then I slowly started to add a pump or two, and also started adding a few minutes in the tube each session. I have a whole long Bathmate log on here if you search for it. Also, there are many videos online that explain how to use your BM pump. It does have a bit of a learning curve, but it is pretty straightforward in the end.
