Should You Workout When PI'S Are Positive?
I’m going 1on/1off for my pump routine and after day one on my rest day, I have an okay libido and eq. On my second workout day and after my workouts my EQ and libido are a little more higher than the day before. Today is my second rest day and my libido is through the roof but my EQ isn’t quite at a 10 since glans and CS aren’t completely full. I feel like I’m ready to go again today but I don’t workout until tomorrow.
Is it best to workout when you have positive PI’S rather than a set routine, and/or should I just base my routine around my PI’S. Ex. Instead of 1on/1off, move up to 2on/1off, ect.
