It’s like when you first start working out and your gaining quickly from newbie gains, you want to get as much as you can during that phase. Because once you start with the more advance stuff, you can throw the newbie gains out the window. And if your in it for the long haul which your goals seem to show, then that would be the optimal choice for maximum gains.
I didn’t start doing ULI’s (manual clamping) until month 5. That is a first step towards clamping. So I also suggest looking into those before using a cable clamp.
Congrats on the gains. Don’t change whatever your doing, “if it’s not broke don’t fix it” is a code we live by in PE to keep gains coming.
Thanks for the thoughts. I’ll stick to the beginner routine for at least as long as I don’t plateau. I’m thinking of doing a monthly review, and based on the results decide on any possible adjustments to my routine. Thanks again!
